Mann's office would be spray painted, and all the furniture destroyed when he arrived. It would appear to be the work of the Demonz, an infamous gang of Zarethian teenagers. His computers would be smashed, and a lot of files would be missing from them as well. Further, almost everything had been spraypainted with the words Jump off a bridge.

Of course, a government office in a place like the Zarethian Hand HQ would be impossible to get into, especially when in lockdown.
