Nilgaitt - A unique mineral found only on the planet Nil, although it has been successfully synthesized by the Archive and now the Coalition forces. Nilgaitt has a powerful aura that cancels magic out from existence in a certain radius around it. Not oppress, nor subjugate. It cancels it, removing it completely out of reality through exact means unknown.
Strange Matter - A "strange" type of anomalous matter that only appears naturally in the core of super-dense Neutron stars. Strange matter has the peculiar power to turn other normal matter into more of itself, which naturally comes in a semi-solid goo form. It is only been successfully contained through magic, energy based barriers, and with electromagnetic fields. A single atom can cause a dangerous domino effect, rendering an infinite amount of matter into more strange matter. As long as contact is made.
Gray Matter - Gray matter is a man-made force of the universe, a type of powerful anti-gravity used by the Coalition, formed by a nigh-perfect fusion of dark matter, and normal matter. It creates a type of matter that creates a neutral field of gravity around it, removing it's effects.
Stasis Device - The stasis device is a man-made temporal manipulator, although on a very, very low level. It works by creating an artificial time dilation field, the temporal anomalies normal found near powerful singularities. This slows down time to a near stop inside a certain area in space, effectively freezing whatever is in the field in time. Mainly used for Stellar Harvesting, a technique commonly employed by the Coalition to fuel their Star Drives.
Stasis Device MARK II - The stasis device mark II is another temporal manipulator, used to defend the Coalition from Time Dilation fields, which occurred naturally in the Vaccus system, home of Nil and it's prized resource, Nilgaitt. It works by removing the area inside the field from the time stream, effectively rendering it immune to temporal distortions and time itself. Anything inside the field is effectively ageless until it exits the field.
Stellar Manipulator - This device is a powerful form of technology, it uses a combination of gravity, quake, and energy based technologies to destabilize stars. Causing them to enter premature supernovae, which is then harvested for the Coalition's Star Drives. Sometimes the mining technique can create a neutron star, or a black hole. Both of which can be used by the Coalition as energy sources.
Stellar Harvesting - This mining technique is used by the Coalition forces to harvest fuel for their Star Drives and their Harmony cores, along with their variants of the two. Using the Stellar manipulator, along with the Stasis Device the Coalition causes large stars to enter premature supernovae, which they then harvest the resulting stellar remnant as an energy source.
Star Drives - The Star Drive is the Coalition's main source of energy, using frozen supernovae they peel the energy one "layer" at a time. Similar to peeling an onion, although each layer contains an immense amount of energy, one star drive can power a Titan class vessel for thirteen thousand years. Although they can be very dangerous, because if the stasis field would fail, the supernova would be released, causing a solar system wiping out explosion.
Harmony Core - The Harmony core is one of the Coalition's more ingenious creations. Powering by hawking radiation, which is naturally emitted from black holes, a common result of the Coalition's stellar harvesting methods. This generator can provide an theorized infinite amount of renewable energy, although at a finite rate.
