 Personality:
Psiko fits into the "Chaotic Neutral" square of the nine-square personality system. He is not necessarily a bad or a good guy, he fights and lives for his own means. This is not to say he is overly selfish, after all he is capable of selfless acts; It is more that he doesn't see the need to fight for "the greater good" nor for "the power of evil".

He tends to be a somewhat collected and direct person, he doesn't see the need to toy with people nor to joke around. He holds politeness in very high esteem however and will always keep diplomacy at his top priority... That is, until asses need to be kicked. If someone were to threaten him or his planet he would feel no remorse for ending their lives.
He is a firm believer in the balance of everything.

Biography:
Psiko grew up in the Sage Dimension with his single Phoenix mother. She died somewhat early into his life and thus he spent a lot of time growing up by teaching himself magic and such. He learned much about the universe from observance and eventually took the interest of Hikaru. He became her servant for many years, essentially just doing whatever she wanted as she gave him a place to stay and further training in Phoenix powers.

After a while of serving Hikaru, his life was majorly put in danger for her and he decided for his health to break off from her path and to serve his own means from then on out. He wandered the universe for a while, mainly on a journey of self discovery. What he did learn about himself was that he was not a follower; He was a leader. He set out to find a planet to conquer and lead into an amazing age of prosperity.

And that's exactly what he did. He found the planet of Fioa, inhabited by the Fioans. The people of Fioa were united but under a tyrannical leader. They were somewhat technologically and magically advanced but they lacked true motivation or any real attachment to their leader; After all he had taken over through force.
So, Psiko did what any conscientious guy would do...He killed their leader and named himself their king.

For a while, much of the Fioans society believed that they had just gone from one tyrant to another...Up until Psiko started making things better. He allowed the Fioans a considerable amount more freedom, united a willing army and truly became a great leader of them. After all, he was fulfilling his real desire in life; To lead. The Fioans and Psiko lived in harmony, he as their King and them as his peoples. For a while he was truly happy.

 Weapons:

• Magical longsword generated from his own Phoenix Fire. It can be used as a conductor for his spells and magic and can be dismissed and called from his own body in a fire form.
