Planetary Overview
Autumnavia, many years ago, was once a place of simplicity. It's unique climate raised only hardy animals used to the harsh seasons, and it's plant life is rather minimal, trees dominating most of it's surface. There are no deserts and two unconnected oceans, twelve seas and some prairie lands. The soil is extremely fertile, and given proper care, hardy plants should find Autumnavia an easy place to grow in, thought frequent cloudiness deters a lot of plants who depend on the sun for life.
The climate itself is not entirely always Autumn, Autumnavia's path around the sun merely keeps it in a extended state of it. It has a brief spring in which everything grows quickly, a short summer which plant life stays green, and a long Autumn which brings out the planet's spectacular colors. The planet goes through a winter season, but it does not snow, except for the few mountain ranges on it's surface.
The animal life of the planet consists mostly of warm-blooded mammals, With most reptiles and amphibians being unable to survive the cold climate. The planet has a fantastically well balanced aquatic ecosystem, with a wide variety of fish in it's waters, and an unusually large amount of bird species, hundreds of different kinds living in one area. The creatures of this world are unique, and some do not appear to be plausible from an evolutionary view, some are so weak and others so showy that it's amazing that they've made it as far as they have.

The Karmagans are a race of intelligent sentient beings whose appearance is nearly identical to East Asian humans. They have the same skin tone, dark hair, and a short stature of 5' 7" for men and 5' 2" for women, on average. Their eyes, however, can be any shade of the color spectrum.
