"Anrufe... Go."

A hologram of Chaos appeared in a Zarethian street in the capital, wearing the Anrufe robes and all. He glanced around at the various buildings. He was clearly an outsider as he started walking down the Zarethian street, looking for someone who could be of assistance.

A nearby Hand agent approached him.

"You there!" he shouted, "You're not from around here, are you? Can I help you out?"

"I have come to discuss a potential trade with your leaders."

"Oh," the Hand agent, "So, you're from another government or something?"

"Or something."

"Right, well then, you'll want to talk with the council. They're in that building right over there," he explained, pointing to the Heart Of The Council.

"I see. I thank you for your kindness," Chaos replied, teleporting to the Heart Of The Council.

The AT fields around the peremiter of the building would stop Chaos's teleportation. "Excuse me, sir. Do you have an appointment?"

Chaos would proceed to just walk to the building. When a reception asked him if he had an appointment, he charmingly smiled at her.

"No, miss, I'm afraid I don't. My name is Chaos Tyris, I'm the leader of the Anrufe."

The gates were closed in front of him, he couldnt just walk in. The ZPAA armed guards looked at him warily. "What is your business?"

The guards looked at each other. "Please put your weapons into the bin." One said, taking a bin off the desk and putting it before him.

THe guards looked at one another. "Then we'll have to search you, sir. Be warned. AM is online in the building." One said, searching him for weapons with magic, making any weapons he would be holding come out.

Chaos approached the Heart Of The Council, it's tall doors opening for the sage leader, who proceeded inside.

"Next!" Came the voice from the chambers.

Chaos entered the Chambers with a confident and proud posture to him, wearing the black customary robes of the Anrufe. Here he was, doing what he was meant to do once more... Leading the Anrufe! It was his purpose. It was what he was meant to do.

"Ladies and gentlemen," he said, bowing slightly, "My name is Chaos, and I am the leader of the Anrufe."

This led to negative murmering with the Council, looking at hims suspicously. "And what do the Anrufe, a terrorist organization, want from us?" Asked a female councilwoman.

"Red Zero," Chaos replied, "The young woman who my... Uh... Predecessor ordered to attack your planet. The idiot lost five of our operatives, Red Zero included. I would like to personally apologize on behalf of the Anrufe for any damages done to your planet as a result of his stupidity."

After what seemed to be hours of deliberation between the Council, Chaos finally offered them a new deal. He had grown far tired of waiting on them to decide what they wanted. He needed his operative back, and he needed to leave. He approached the council humbly with his offer.

"Ladies and gentlemen of the council," he announced, "It seems I don't have much choice in the matter... I'm willing to offer you our Negi Stone, a unique artifact which can literally create negi, beings like the ones who attacked your planet. It would allow your people countless amounts of manpower and studying of the negi themselves."
