In a large flash of light, 2 figures appeared in the city's center. One, was in a straight jacket, but that was surprisingly normal for new arrivals. The other was a Demented priest from Dementia named Father Resulka, one of the 7 priests. Although Ken's jacket was AM, New Dementia worked in a similar way to False Heaven. Here, it was just a normal jacket without AM.

"So... what do you think, my Child?" The priest questions him about new dementia.

"The place looks good. "He said, thinking of the others. Surveying the enviroment Ken looked around and touched the jacket casually, this time feeling no suppression. "Astonishingly there is a contrast between light and dark here. And I can feel my magic again. Why is that?"

"It is because Insana has full control over this place. Similar to how a man named Mark Halsey controls False Heaven. Welcome to New Dementia!" The priest calls out.

"Safe haven of the insane, home of the Embodiment of Insanity, and paradise for all others. " he continues to walk, pulling Ken along with him. "There is a heavy magical presence here. Almost more than anywhere else in the plane" They pass a few buildings before coming to a large palace wall, and walking into a large courtyard.

"This is the Palace of The Demonde de Lycon. Or Demon of Lycon in your tongue... it houses both courts of Insanity, and the Countess' hall. This is whom you will meet with today my child"

"Good. At least no AM. Hate that junk."

With that, Ken followed. "So this problem I have is to be cured here?"

And he thought. IF this place is like FH, perhaps I could learn the secret of tying myself to a place. And then do that to Memorial to stop any other invaders.

"Not cursed, my child. Blessed! Blessed with the almighty power of Insana!" he starts to ramble, but stops himself. He leads Ken up to a large door and knocks.

A small window opens. "Who goes there!" a guard calls out.

"Father Resulka! 1st Priest of Dementia!" he replies back. The guard immediately closes the window and the door opens up to a large hall. One side was Blue, and the other was Red, signifying both houses here. Down it was a green boarder like line. At the very end of the hall, were 2 thrones, and another above it.

Resulka leads him down, as several bystanders bow to him. They could see Insana, sitting at his high throne as usual, Tera, at hers next to an empty one, and finally another priest talking to Tera and Insana.

"No sudden movements." Resulka warns. "You are in the presence of the Embodiment, our god." he leads him down the hall.

Bowing before the embodiment Ken looked up at him once he had bowed and stood up. "Hello your lordship." With that his attention was on Insana currently.

"....But Insana, Duke Dementia has been killed!", they could here the other priest say. He turns to Resulka and Bows. Resulka in turn bows to Insana and Tera. "Insana, Countess, I have brought you another Demented." he stands back up straight.

"Where did you get this one?" Tera Questions him.

"The K Empire's Mental Health Center.... I ran into that doctor again" he gives his sadistic smile.

Tera gets up from her throne, and examines him- Walking circles around him. Insana simply watches from his seat... not saying anything.

"What is your name..." She inquires.

"Ken Atlas."

The way the woman examined him, walking circles around him was a bit creepy. But he knew enough not to complain, and from her words he could assume she was a kind of duchess. At least the embodiment here was not part of the terrorist cell known as the Anrufe, or an ally to Kurai.

"Hmm... Atlas. Ive heard that name before." she says walking back to her seat.

Insana repositions himself so where his feet are hanging off one side of the throne, and his head leaning against the other.... a very relaxed stance.

"Well, do you approve, your grace?" Resulka asks them.

"I do..." She answers nonchalantly.

"...And you, your highness?" He now questions Insana.

Insana simply opens his eyes and looks at Ken, gives a thumbs up and closes his eyes again.

"You're in luck today..." The Priest releases him from the straightjacket. "We cannot do this unless you also agree." Resulka now turns to Ken.

"I agree."

Those words came without hesitation. For Ken wanted over this mental disability. Well he needed to get over it. As from the report he had heard on the TV Martial Law, Am and all sorts of other trouble were plaguing his brethern. Well he could not allow this, and so would have to intervene. The only question that remained was how he would intervene.

"You must be aware of what you are getting yourself into... This will not cure your problem, but it will allow it to manifest more within you. The only time when you may feel normal, and even cured, is here...", Resulka Explains.

"In other words I will be able to use the Insanity to assist me?"

Ken thought about things, and how he could pull this off. At least he wouldn't be in a strait jacket. Really Harrisia had been the fool for bringing him to an insane asylum, at least partially a fool.

"Yes, and no." he starts. "The results are dependent on the person. It will make your problem, well progress into what our Demented class is. While in the Plane, you will exhibit seven more signs as to your issues. For you, as i read, you have PTSD, and Paranoia. If we were to bless you, these things would get worse. Flashbacks, and probably schizophrenia would occur." he sighs. "On the other hand, you will have free access to ND, and you will be taught how to use our magic."

If he learned how to use their magic, it meant bye bye Anrufe. And that was something he did look forward to. Plus with the Anrufe and Kurai dead, thanks to a little tip he had gotten the groups of them would be both wiped out. So he would never have to worry about them again soon, and he would have demented magic at his disposal as well. Soon Ken would be back to normal. But wait, he had sensed something. Lucien had completed the journey so he had better hurry.

Resulka nods. "We will preform the ceremony tomorrow... for now, you are welcome to stay the night at the palace."

"Alright...."

Ken held out his hand. Blue sparks left it and his suitcase appeared. Only it looked different for it was stuffed full of every tech he could possibly need weapon wise should things go south or the Anrufe or Kurai find him. Later he would work on a project that might deal with Kurai permanently, but that was later on. For now he would spend the night and so his clothes changed to those he would sleep in.

It was becoming night, and the hall was clearing now. "Court dismissed..." Tera called out before yawning. Insana stayed where he was.

"Resulka, im sure i can take our guest from here." Mikami tells him.

"Yes, ma'am... Good night your Grace" he bows to her. "Your highness" he bows to Insana and walks off.

"I'll show you where you will be staying." She leads him into a large atrium and into the Lord's manor section. Several honor guards eyed Ken down on the way, but diverted their eyes when they saw he was being escorted by Tera. "4th door on the left, near mine" she points down one of the halls.

"Thank you your grace. For your hospitality and agreeing to help me. Just one question. What is Insana's view on the Anrufe?"

Ken knew he was not even near ready to go up against them. For one thing he lacked the training. And for another, it just didn't feel right for him.

"Insana doesnt like to deal with such politics/ We take no side with them, nor against them. He has put in alot of work to keep New Dementia isolated from the Planes, and he likes us to remain as such. Although it is true we are allied with the Zarethians, and part of the INTERPOL Treaty, we remain on a neutral stance." she says leading him to his room.

"But I personally like some of their members. They represent Insanity, and we'd welcome them into our home with open arms... but thats just me. You'll have to ask Insana about his personal views."

With that, he smiled at Mikami. "Well, I'll be back in there tomorrow for the blessing."

And once he had the power of a demented at his disposal, well let's just say that Thel and the Anrufe would be given a run for their money.
