The Marid alone with the Succubi leader drank in the details of each movement and touch. To him these details making the greater whole of a body of knowledge he was just now discovering. Letting the Succubi take lead, he smiles, "In its own way... tell me about your world... it seems beautiful in its own way."
Caliph strolled leisurely through the forest near the settlement. Enjoying the sights and sounds of the rather dark forest, he let himself go over the names and ambition of everyone lost in the failed mission. Wonder what to do next, with no way home Caliph was unsure of how to proceed, he guessed he could make a life here. However, he wanted to make the Marid truly grand, and being on a comfortable but unimportant planet didn't help that goal. If this planet had a moon rich in Helium-3 they could theoretically start production of ships, using resources from the moon to avoid damaging the planets ecosystem, however Caliph figured he needed to understand the local population better, its people and ways before making political offers and asking favors.
All in all Caliph felt he had asked enough of this world to allow his people to stay here.
