Unfortunately, Shade caught wind of Cartel's resistance and brought his men to the crash site. A massive fight broke out in civil war. Krutch, Shade, and Cartel were killed in the frenzy and a timed explosive killed the last of the Masks. No more of these other-dimensional beings exist anymore.
