Just the webchat.
We have not fixed the issue, but we have made the issue less intrusive. The max time the throttle will stay in place is a minute, so if it gives you that message, go get some food, use the bathroom, and it should fix itself when you come back and try to connect.
We're looking into long term fixes, but it's kinda hard to fix the issue, when the developers blame it on you.

we've found 1 of the sources of the problem, and have fixed said source. We don't know if the webchat is stable, or if the fixes will work, but here's hoping.
We've never had a server have so many issues with webchat before. I just want to strangle the provider!
Yes, I am saying this is not my fault, even though I thought it was at first.

triple post, sorry 'bout that.
We found the definite issue in a test environment. As a result we will be fixing it Today(Eastern) Sunday afternoon/evening Eastern Time. This means the webchat will go completely down during this time. when it comes back up, it will work perfectly, if all goes as planned.
