Happy birthday to a very special member.

From the bottom of my heart and on behalf of the entire memberbase and staff, I would like to personally take this time to wish Hikaru a very happy birthday. The now twenty-one year old has contributed greatly to Shattered Planes over the years, providing a structure and backing for various IT infrastructure and plot mechanics, without which, this RP would not exist. Five years ago, when she and I were IMing each other and messing around on CLTCG one June day, we never imagined it would come this far, developing into Shattered Planes.

My personal friendship with Hikaru goes back to 2005, and in fact, one of my earliest internet memories involves her. Without going into TO much detail, she was infamous at the Code Lyoko website due to certain events, and I being a total n00b, had no idea. I thought she was cool. I wanted to learn more about computers, like she had done, and develop programming and hacking skills (lol).

I would go on to join a message board which she founded, known as Code Lyoko Phoenix (later just the "Phoenix Forums"). At first, I was still a complete n00b, but I had some of the best times of my life there, I really did. Eventually I IM'ed Hikaru, and while our first convo was a bit awkward for no particular reason at all, we eventually became great friends, specifically when I joined another major forum she was apart of, CLTCG.

Ah, yes, CLTCG. We had some fun times there, didn't we? Hikaru did a lot of mean stuff to me there too, but, what friends don't have fights? In the end she's always had my back, and I hope she feels the same about me. She has been one of my closest friends, and for that, I thank her so much.

So, happy twenty first, Hikaru. Crack open a beer if you feel like it.

I ain't gonna lie, Hik, you can be a real...Cruel evil person(lets not say things I'll regret :P). But I've also seen you when ye want to be a nice and helpful person. And no, Im not going into a full blown story like K2, buuuut I just wanna congratulate ya on having evaded death's grasp for 21 years. Lets hope ye can keep death waiting for a couple decades more, eh?
