Actually the only godmodding i have seen in this thread is the whole "cutting the threads of magic" bit. Due to that I had to give an explination for the convoluded descriptiooevents in that bit.  It is only godmodding if the is not counter. I have left an obvious counter to the entirty of my tactics here. So either figure it out or don't complain when I layer effects on somthing that is completly fair as long as it has a counter.  I have not did anything uncounterable.  Thus there has been no godmodding from me. Although thank you for taking my physical
 memory to the dump.

No, my character thinks he prevented you from casting spells. However, seither doesn't know of sages and exactly how their spells work.  Everyone in  there may not be able to cast most spells. Hoqever each character can in fact teleport out of it.

I was wrong to expect creative solutions to appealingly impossible problems. I wrote my post from what my characters thinks. What my character perceives. Not what is actual reality because not independent character can fully grasp all perspectives and possibilities of a given situation.

Also it was not string theory, close guess though.

To explain my most resent post, Erabus tried to blast me with raw power from the court. However as I had RP'd earlier Seither had created a Tabernacle of pillars and a frozen cloud around the entire court. This Tabernacle is a ritualistic access console to a very Gnostic kind of Velcidrus magic that allows use of both manipulation of molecules to the level of quarks, this manipulation is control by artificially constructed beings who has dominion over a certain type of atomic phenomenon, IE the Gods, and Goddesses.
While within the build that acts as the console, everything within it is under that consoles user, IE Seither. However it is limited to what Seither, the Velcidrus, and the Artificial spiritual constructs understanding.  Due to the slowing of space-time within the Tabernacle or console, Seither has more time to try and understand your attacks. Making trying to attack directly pointless. Like Erabus.

However, Teleportation for the Velcidrus and by extension
Seither, works in a completely different way then anyone else in the universe. B because teleportation is generally instantaneous after being initiated, Seither would have no time to counter it within the Tabernacle. And would be able to nullify or absorb while the target is within the tabernacle.
Thus, please stop trying to force your way out and simply teleport out of the tabernacle…

The is no catch alls. Your barriers can only block what you already know. You Anti-magic field can only prevent magic you already know. No current character except Seither understand Velcidrus technology and magic, there is no possibility for you to create an anti-magic field because it is not magic as you understand it.

If it is hot, then it is hot because of the vibrations of the molecules being intense. Stop that vibration then there is no heat, no vibration or limited vibration then it becomes a solid. The lava to stone, water to ice and why one is a solid and one is not.

Blood is blood, blood has iron in it and iron is metallic. Metals allow my magic to work faster. A twister cannot twist if it is solid. Additionally you cool down a small animal quickly and it reheats the shock itself would kill it.

I use actual logic for how something works, you made blood fire. Fire it hot, and blood as I said is blood. It you wish to give it different properties state it as a response. However everything with your fire would be a normal atom, and thus regular matter. You cannot change the reaction of matter and anti-matter have when they come into contact with each other…

Magic is not science. Its definition is vague because magic is as varied as nature. It takes many different forms, can do things that break the laws of science, and thus is unprovable and uncomprehendable through the application of science. The only things limiting what a mage can do are OOC limits placed for the benefit of the story, and the mage's imagination.

And where, pray tell, does it say that you can use any metal as a magical catalyst?

Magic cannot break the laws of the universe only bend them to a point that a normal person is unable to understand why that phenomenon exists. fire is a fire what every special property given to it may change the way other things might affect it. However it cannot change the mechanics for how heat work.


Magic is generally nothing more then having an understanding of something most people do not and being able to manipulate that understanding.

Physics = magic
Electrician's entire job description = magic
coding/programming = magic
engineering of any kind = magic

Magic does not break the laws of physics and cannot break them. If you're all using traditional anime-esque/Tolkien type magic then it is just the manipulation of mana or some other magical energy of another name and that only allows for manipulation of nature and the world around you under the laws of how the interaction of that mana/ spirit energy/Magicka/ of whatever the heck you call it with the world around you.

I expect decent education out myself and those around me, and that includes you. Use logic, no mystical explanations and most of all don't use catch alls to explain something you cannot explain with your own mind.

Science is the only method to even start explaining magic. You can have your mythical explanations as long as the basic of how thing work stay the same. Heat will work the way heat works, and cold will work the way the cold works. molecules will be molecules and work like molecules.

Actually from what I have read of Nihl you have a basic understanding of how empty space works and anti-magic is good and all. However,  tapping into existance is only as power as  how close other's perseption of that existanc, of that life.

If that's the case, then how do you manage to suppress our magic?

Well its onyl surpressed because within the Tabernacle all things are under Seither's control. Even the air that is breathed by your character's.

Again all that has to be done is teleport out of it and Seither would have nothing that would surpress any of your magic.

Pay attention, the world tree Yggdrasil absorbed it, using YOUR fire to grow… that in itself was the counter.

Addtionally, the tree is existence and life its using your brand of magic. This something that had been planned before I even made the original concept for my character
