Deciding on a course of action one of the clones of Lucien sent out a message, one that would be listed on earth as a contract to Hiro?s mercs. However, it was from the Order of Concordia. The order had an investment, and they did not wish to lose said investment due to Interpol. These guys were starting to become a real hassle to any plans that they made whatsoever and would need to be dealt with soon.
 
Five Million creds. Kill any mercenaries, assassins and bounty hunters who try to collect bounties on Lucien Dolos effective immediately.

In light of recent events, plus to offer an incentive to the mercs to not do anything criminal the reward would be upped if they would not accept contracts against Lucien and so it was indeed upped, this time to 30 billion.
