What Is Technology Proficiency?
Technology Proficiency refers to how well a race can construct technology. While this is not always based on race, generally some races have higher logic skills than others, which results in higher proficiency in technology. Generally races with full technology proficiency will not have much proficiency in magic, and vice versa. Some races have partial magic proficiency and partial technology proficiency.
