Grunder Tepper is a very kind-hearted, and caring individual. He displays much compassion and understanding towards most people, but can display anger towards people that go against the lord, and north. He is also a hardened military commander... He is serious and dedicated to his job, and vows to protect North, and its inhabitants, from harm.

Biography:
Grunder Tepper is the older brother to the military leader, and warmonger, Mark Tepper. Like Mark, he was also a very well known ISAF leader. He joined the ISAF military Several thousand years ago, got his MD, and worked his way up to the MEDCOM (Medical Command) Commander. During the 1st and 2nd Belkan Wars, he oversaw all of the medics that helped save soldier's lives and worked in the field as a medic, even though he was a Flag officer. After the war, he had gain a lot of respect and a good reputation of preforming numerous selfless acts during that time.

   As seen when during a battle, he rushed out in oncoming gunfire to save a 17 year old boy who was trying fight with a militia. Although he was clipped in the shoulder, he pulled the boy back to their lines and treated him before getting treated himself. When the 3rd Belkan war broke out, he once again rushed to the front lines. There, he saved another well known leader, Alexandere Decadea.

   Grunder has an ISAF kill service record of only 7, but is one of the highest decorated soldiers in the military. He is also one of the few people to be awarded the ISAF Senatorial Medal of Honor twice. After the 8th War, he resigned and went on to serve in the Knights Templar (UP Plot) with his brother as a Knight. During an Operation to find a magical artifact with Knight Captain Mark Tepper, and Knight Commander Razgriz, he was seriously injured when the powerful magic user guarding it tried to kill his younger brother.

   They failed the mission, and his little brother dragged him through the forest to try to save him. Grunder eventually died from his wounds, leaving Mark Tepper heart broken. He was judged and sent to Heaven, or rather North. There, he had shown his dedication, selflessness, and caring for others, but also displayed his abilities as a leader. He eventually became a Seraph, and a General in North's Angelic military.

After the death of Eli, he was exetremely upset, like most in North, but vows to protect the next lord.

6 is for if a character has earned or has a damn good reason to be.

"He lived a long time and is very talented" doesn't cut it.

Reasons to be 6: higher powered embodiment more powerful than most other embodiments; lived a long time yes, but trained and honed every damn day of that life and focused on nothing more than that magic; was created or gained that much power through several million other mages into one (like Jeebus's character Freya). That's it.

The RPer also needs to be able to handle a lvl6.

Let's see....

Your guy seems like a jack of all trades sorta character and didn't JUST focus on magic or so the bio seems to say. No matter his life span it's useless if magic isn't the only thing he focused on. And.. you don't seem to have the a capabilities to RP a lvl6. Sure you're a good RPer and such. But when the hell have you used magic for battle or proved you know enough to have a lvl6 in magic? None that I've seen.
