    1) For some reason, my IP is banned? So, in addition to taking care of that, I'd also like you to delete all of my old accounts, 'cause I'm going to make a new one, and they all have my e-mails.
    2) Is more of an IC issue. So it'll come -after- one.

A quick search of the username brings the name montezuma or something to that effect, i've no idea what he was banned for this seems to be before my time here.

If his ip is the same one I just banned from IndirectIRC, I say keep him banned. I just banned someone named GuestofHonour/John/Orient.

I'd say keep him banned then. This isn't a place for trolls... He can go to 4Chan for that. If he has his mind set on it, put him on total post mod.

I agree. This guy does nothing but troll. We have no idea who he is, where he came form. There's some theories that he's TrueRoman from the former GE when it was still on Lyokoscan. But, there's no proof. However he tries to troll staff on IM then when it doesn't work blocks us saying it's OUR FAULT. He all of a sudden starts IMing saying things that make NO sense. Then when you try to ask him to explain, he acts like you already knows continues to just rattle on and leave you completely confused.

He's written MANY characters and races up that break every godmodding or lore rule in place and refuses to fix them. He continues to try over and over never fixing anything and preferring to just "rewrite a new race with problems." He SHOULD NOT be unbanned.

Like i said.. If we put him on 24 hour post Mod, he'll get pissed and leave.

Hiro isnt really active on the MCP, and id be the only one approving posts. So he'd push out like 2 posts a day. He'd get pissed and leave.

To clear something up it IS two people. Both from Florida.
There's some Australian dude called Declan and whoever his friend Gallows is.
He called Cap while I was at his house and we talked to them on the phone.
Gallows is the lore breaker and troll, Declan is the one that wants to be unbanned and given a chance.
Apparently Gallows was told to take a break from all RP for a while by Declan.
