But yet even now, I can't give in
« on: November 22, 2011, 10:54:24 PM »
In a small city on Teffilin about 200 miles away from the capital city, a portal would open that was the color of a light purple. The portal spit out a man in a business suit that was colored light blue and silver who carried a brief case with him but was not a Zarethian. No Allen was far from Zarethian and was indeed Narrikian. While he had chosen to remain behind it had been for honorable reasons such as one, a lot hinged upon him remaining here in this dimension. Two, he did not know how he would live in the other one that did not have the tech of this, and three this dimension was much safer for now.

Clad in one of the inventions of Lucien specifically the one that was a variation of the second skin, Allen one of the ones who had chosen to remain in this realm of existence began the trek towards the capital city on Teffilin sometimes using his augmented speed via the suit and his own abilities, other times not to head on his way towards the destination. Yes, he had a lot to do and a very short frame of time to ensure his project would come to fruition and work as he had planned it.

"Still have to keep on with this. I started this project, I'll see it through to completion."

Allen would simply be given plenty of strange looks as he rushed past, today being a very important day for the Zarethian citizenry. A day of thanks, also known as Gudsen Kav in the Zarethian tongue. It celebrated the day, not two years ago, that the Aralangs gave Tefillin to the Zarethians. Informally it was known as "The We Stopped Eating Space Paste". Most people went out and bought rather large and extravagant feasting foods such as a loud foul known as a Yekrut, a fairly common delicacy and the first food to be eaten by the incoming colonists.
There is only so much pain that can be taken before the bonds and chains of sanity are forsaken
It is in these lonesome times that we reach towards the light sublime
And from that light we pull the resolution of our time
To begin the end and start anew

As the people were busy celebrating, Allen realized that right now was one of the worst times to bring his proposition before the Zarethian Council. So instead, he opted to do something else. Gathering the energies of the magic within him, Allen made a gate way teleportation vortex.  This vortex was unlike normal ones however as it led to only one destination, a planet called Fioa and if the plan worked, he would soon have a home of his own outside the Narrikian Empire where he could continue his craft. So off he went jumping head first into the teleportation vortex, and with that he was gone off of Teffilin.

And there was much rejoicing
