Race Name: Kaltulfur
Race Status: Just chillen on their ice world (Kaltjnheim)
Race Description: The Kaltulfur are a race of somewhat wolfish creatures that are the most enthusiastic things in the galaxy. They have more energy apiece then a five year old with a monster at one in the morning. However, where they gain in energy they lack in intelligence. They are considered by the Heliphlein to be barely sentient, and never a bother. They don't even care that the Heliphlien have set up mining establishments on their planet. They however are good at learning language, and can be quadralingual in the first six months of their life. The society that they have created most closely resembles what a bunch of Americans would create if their plane crashed and were forced to live on an abandoned island. There are factions and tribes of sorts, but their all not very big and most in said tribes do their own thing anyway. There is also no such thing as a shy Kaltulfur. Most are super curious and sociable. They associate intelligence/wisdom with strength. For this reason the biggest ones are always the most respected.
Race Appearence: They range from five to seven feet tall at the shoulder, and are quadrupedal. They are covered in soft white hair that's about a foot long a piece, and have a layer of short white hair beneath it. they ave black claws, and black pads on their paws, but on their front paws they have real fingers. They're not like human fingers, but they still have four fingers and a thumb. Their body is somewhat like that of a cougar or leopard in shape and design, but it has a small, fox-like tail. It's muscles are huge, and look very imposing even through the long hair. They have a short snout and a giant, slit, jasper-green eye that appears to be always opened to wide. Overall their head has a head shaped more feline then canine, yet it doesn't quite fit in with either. Their mouth tends to hang open, and because of this their expression usually looks something like this:

That being said, they can hear incredibly well, even in a blizzard. They are also very effective fighters. They don't tend to be constantly fighting, but in a battle they are relentless, and strong. A pack of five could easily rip apart a modern tank (not to shreds or anything, but still rip it into a few pieces like the rotating turret and the body), and live to tell the tale to all their friends. However, most soldiers in Shattered Planes they would loose a fight to.
Magic Proficiency? They have potential for high level magic, but none would ever think to use it. That said, they
Technology Proficiency? Incredibly cutting edge! They just invented...FIRE! Okay, honestly they don't give a crap about tech, they don't ever think of tech, and they aren't smart enough to use most tech. A few improvements to their caves, but other than that, nada.
