Char Edits/Changes
« on: December 06, 2011, 06:57:16 PM »
I have learned how ridiculous the rule about ANY changes to a character whatsoever requiring reapproval is. So I propose to do away with that rule, and make only MAJOR changes require reapproval. This is merely to save headaches for the staff/members. What this would do was make it to where already approved characters would be sort of grand-fathered in. Ones approved now however would still up until a certain date require one reapproval, but not two for most things. Major would require 2 re approvals.

Changes that happen IC for good reason don't need reapproval as that's just character development.
When you want to add a new racial power every 10 minutes, that need's reapproval because you're changing what is already in the backstory.

1. I meant when you alter the character during the approval process with only MINUTE changes, like for example removing a weapon. Then it should not require both reapprovals, or something like that. I am stating this because I have noticed certain members of the staff are irritated with almost everything needing reapproval.

Usually minor changes include appearence, age... obvious stuff.

Kind of what I was going at, if merely to save headaches.
