Character's History (Minimum 3 Paragraphs):Cam was born five years before the fall of the Sage Three in a period of relative peace and harmony in the Twili Galaxy under the leadership of the "original" Zirridian (not the one from an alternate reality who would visit the Kingdoms and disrupt activities). He lived in a time of relative peace there, but little did he know, this would be the fall of the "Ancient Twilight Empire" as it would later be known. When he was young -- about four -- an alternate reality version of Zirridian came to the Twili Galaxy from the future and tried to take it for his own.
The conflict between the two Zirridians caused much unrest among the Ancient Twilight Kingdom... So much so that it collapsed. The capital planet of Morning was destroyed. Cam was only five years old, and he and his parents were on board a refugee ship before it blew up. They were taken to Germana, a planet which the alternate reality Zirridian had taken in the name of the New Twilight Empire. There they integrated into the New Twilight Empire along with many other Twilights and humans from the Earth nation known as Germany.
The New Twilight Empire was ruled by a man named Derek, appointed by Alt!Zirridian as he chased his counterpart through the galaxies. Cam was to be drafted at the age of thirteen into the Twilight Empire's army. The Twilight, at this point, had become a member of the powerful Alliance. They had taken many of the K Empire's former lands, including Japae, it's capital. There, Alt!Zirridian was trained to be a great soldier.
Two years later, when he was fifteen, he fought in his first war. It was after the return of K2323 to the galaxy, and he was not happy about the state of affairs that had taken the universe. Starting with the fact that the Twilight had occupied Japae. This would ultimately result in the First Sage War, in which Cam fought on the side of the Alliance against the sages. Cam fought hard against the sages, and was part of the team that was in charge of securing K2323, who was at that time in the First Release of the White Genesis Dragon.
After the First Sage War, for his excellent service, Cam was appointed to the Alliance Base in Japae, giving up his Twilight citizenship to become an aide to the chief diplomat in charge of relations between the K Empire and the Alliance. In Japae, Cam saw another side of life. He saw that the sages who he had fought against were just like him. They were real, living men and women. He saw their "human" sides.
Cam was sixteen when the Alliance facility was assaulted by K2323 and Orpheus in 2042. He barely made it out alive, and immediately retreated to the Alliance base at Boarder Line. He was reassigned to the Alliance Fleet, where he would help fight in various Alliance conflicts. Then, a year later, he was presented with a difficult challenge... A fork in the road.
Zirridian (the original Zirridian) had defeated Alt!Zirridian in battle and had claimed the entirety of the Twilight Empire, reclaiming his place as ruler. One of his first acts was to completely withdraw from the Alliance. Cam, at age seventeen, had to decide between leaving the Alliance and staying loyal to his people, or remaining in the Alliance... He chose the former, and returned to his family. He was soon after drafted to be a soldier in the Twilight Army once more.
Cam fought in the Twilight's war with the Forgotten Empire, later the Remnants -- as well as the conflict that the Twilight soon entered with the Alliance. Then, Cam was selected to be part of the fleet that was to assault the Relorian homeworld of Dragon Moon. He watched with his own eyes as a ground soldier on Dragon Moon when Zirridian and Celestie fought, their forms enlarged as giants hovering over the entire planet... And he watched as, shortly before the planet was destroyed, Celestie seemingly finished Zirridian off.
After the Battle of Dragon Moon, everyone assumed Zirridian was dead. His son, Vincent Gray, took the throne of the Twilight. Under Vincent's leadership, the Twilight joined forces with the Remnants and the New Anrufe Empire to form the Nyx Confederation. Cam was, of course, still a soldier during this war... One of the most bloodiest wars of the history of the universe.
Shortly after the end of the war a few years later, Cam went with the rest of his family to find safe refuge in one of the "Outband Galaxies" -- galaxies far removed from the rest of society, wild, with no law. There, Cam and his people formed the Everlasting Empire.... And, years later -- in 2053 -- returned to the Milky Way Galaxy.
Cam eventually became a part of Galactic Times as, at first, a reporter. He worked his way up to editor and chief over the last few years.
