Due to a sudden realization, these things don't need an approval. Their magic. Simple pieces of metal charged with magic. less tech required in the making than the creation plant. Hikaru defended so this idea n Harboring the Planet, and at this point if she argues this does need approval, then she is giving Cap special treatment, and is just as guilty of OOC conspiracy as she claims Zak and I are.

If I don't get a response in a week, I'll assume there are no quarrels.

Point Three, I honestly do not see any reason for Aser as a character as requested would bother with Heliphlein. It seems like a bit of a cop out to call these rather... racist elvenish things would for no real reason be considered anything special or anything to "balance".

Point Four, I was wondering why the hell you put that in requests. If you are going to put that somewhere, dossier would have been better. However, just as with anything else far as I know a staff member can still contest it.

Saying white people are racist is a racist statement. Therefore you are a racist against the Heliphlein because you are only willing to look at them through Ephlangar ideology.

It fits. They're chaotic. Their magic is entirely emotion based. Aser, the bringer of balance would want to fix that. It makes sense.
I also have another, slightly better reason, but I'm waiting for a response from Zak (Glares).

I put it in the requests because I didn't know it counted as magic. I thought magic you could pull out of a hat was limmited to spells and incantation. Magic devices still seem to me to be technological enough that I would consider them to be a tech-request requirement had I been in charge. As it turns out, the area of magic, the most powerful force in the SP universe, needs no request whatsoever.
