Other Notes:
-Rychart seems to have connections with local Mafias, and governments.
-The Zealots seem to make up a great fraction of the UPL Armada
-It is unknown why he Rychart has distinguished himself as a Vice Admiral, rather than a Captain or a full Admiral like other Pirates.
-The Zealots seem to have an Anarchistic mission.
