Territory Name: Ventus Tempestus
Territory Description: Finding a world with high wind speed, the Neo Narrikian Empire would colonize it and do so by using floating cities made to withstand the wind. The floating cities would later be turned into campuses for a new college that had been designed and thought over. Anti-Gravity Technology would be used to suspend the cities off of the ground and thus shield them from the brunt of the wind and some Japae Technology would also be used to help with the wind problem. The world serves as the main base and hangar for the second line of defense of Setus Prime. This school trains the mecha pilots and ship pilots so that they will be ready when the time comes. At least half the fleet is guarding this planet at every opportunity. It has force fields, every anti field imaginable that the Neo Narrikians possess other than AM active and AT active. (You can teleport off world, but you can?t teleport back) due to some modifications made to the world. You would have to get a ship to come back to this world.
On the ground missile silos along with long ranged laser cannons have been built and the surface of the planet holds many defenses. Around the planet have been constructed space stations as well with elevators leading down to the floating cities. The elevators are mainly used to deliver food and supplies to the campus as people on campus are not allowed communication of any sort off campus until their third or fourth year.
This planet harbors the strictest most disciplined teachers among the Narrikians. Some of them are kind and others are not. This is meant to create the next generation of defenders for Setus Prime when the current generation falls flat and decides to retire. So Celso has put several billion Solics, the currency of the Neo Narrikian Empire into having this made. The school here does not only offer flight but a full course of all classes needed for most jobs in other empires as well. There are diplomacy, flight, stealth, combat, math, science, language and other courses offered. The Academy is meant to raise a new generation and so offers courses from Kindergarten + to those who need it. It is a full boarding school like place.
