In order to arrange that the people primarily those who defended the planet would be happy and well taken care of, Celso had assigned a low ranking diplomat to a certain mission and that was to go make a deal with the people at the ever popular Pleasure Planet.  Fifty Rooms would be booked indefinitely and so shifts of soldiers in fifty would be sent here to relax and enjoy themselves. The diplomat had not done this yet and so in the corvette that he had been assigned sent out a transmission.
