In the Tea Of Li Cafe on New Westhot, at a particular table, with a particular cup of tea, wearing a particular Anrufe cloak and admiring a particular day of sunshine while overlooking a particular harbor, was none other than Chaos, leader of a particular group known as the Anrufe, who was waiting on a particular leader from a particular empire which now seemed to be on the brink of war with the Anrufe. Yes, this cafe was quite the peculiar place for the Anrufe and Zarethians to meet, but it was neutral ground. Chaos awaited the arrival of the Zarethians there.

Addler himself arrived at the planet, older, more wary, more tired. His grey hair was cropped short and his black uniform was clean pressed as he entered the shop, found Chaos sitting at the table. He sighed inwardly and sat down across from him. "I take you are the new Anrufe leader?" He asked.

As the cafe waitress brought Addler a complimentary cup of tea, Chaos's tired eyes looked upon Addler with fascination. This was the one who led the Zarethians. While Chaos felt that the Zarethians were no threat by any means, he had to hand it to this man. Eight years ago, the Zarethians had been only a small dot on the map. Now, Chaos had to admit, they had grown in power.

This did not mean that they were a match for the Anrufe.

As Chaos took a sip of his own tea, he nodded his head at Addler. "Chaos Tyris. It's a pleasure."

Addler raised an eyebrow but nodded. He silently checked his tea for any trace of poison as he stirred it with his spoon. This was the leader of the Anrufe? They must be doing well, if they were attacking powers like the Zarethians... of course, the Anrufe never did care for the power quot.
"Your name is... Apt, to say the least." Addler murmured, his icy eyes scanning the man's features.

"That's not important," Chaos replied harshly, before calming himself, "What is important is that you should not let the Anrufe's business with one man decide the Anrufe's interest with your empire as a whole. It is... Regrettable that your building was destroyed, though the Anrufe does not have any ill will towards your empire. Quite the contrary, I believe we can help each other, Mr. Addler."
