Personality (one paragraph minimum): Dwmcer is an obsessive sort, with a rather specific disturbed appetite. When he locks his eyes on a "meal", he will chase that "meal" to the ends of existence. In addition while disturbed, he is calm and calculating, in every sense of the word he is a "Hunter". After ingesting a "meal" he gets even more zealous in finding another "meal" to hunt.

Character's History (Minimum 3 Paragraphs):
Dwmcer lived a live of a simple merchant dock loader for the K Empire. Bored of loading up the Marid Collective supplies month after month, he vacationed often to hunt wild game. This was his passion, his father had taught him how to hunt, with magic, and how to grow more powerful in it after each kill.
However, in his middle age his power outstripped any wild prey he might find. Without a son to call his own, Dwmcer did not have an outlet to channel this frustration by teaching a new generation. This would eat at him for nearly two years, before his life changed forever.
On the graveyard shift of loading the docks, a drunk average sage and wyvern stumbling into his private work-space. The rest of the workers had gone home, he worked extra late to earn his next hunting vacation.
At that moment the two drunk sentient beings look nothing more than animals to Dwmcer. A twisted idea formed din his head, and before he could think it over. He "hunted" these two people. carefully following them on their drunken journey home, without true direction. When they found themselves in an alleyway without security measures, he stuck.
Dwmcer barley managed to survive. Even with his magic and their drunkenness, the Sage and Wyvern worked well as a pair, and had nearly killed Dwmcer. Everything he was taught and learned came into play, the use of his past prey's blood in his spells, the abilities of generation of his family used only for sport had become something truly magnificent to him. As he ate their flesh ingesting a small amount of their power and stored their blood in the orb, he knew he was hook on this new kind of prey.
Tendering his resignation with the docks, Dwmcer used the little money he had saved for retirement to buy a basic frigate and leave K City in search for new and interesting prey.
While on Aloange before the Wayword conquered it Dwmcer was doing a little soul searching while hunting the one of the most infamous Mafia bosses on the planet. He found himself in a dire spot. The Boss caught him off guard and by all accounts he would had died, if something had not awakened in him. The blood leaking from his sustained injuries turned into a wieldable fire.
Dwmcer discovered his Blood Dragon abilities. That beings us to the present day, where is on the search for more prey. His favorite one is new kinds of Sages he's never encountered before.
