Black Market Shopping

First and foremost to travel the galaxy, one would need to obtain a ship. Unfortunately as Will did not possess the credits to buy a ship through legal means he would have to obtain it off of the black market but also make sure he was not being swindled. Weapons were also a concern, as due to the destruction by that fire of the UPA base and his garments he had worn earlier, Will had none. Changing his garments to a more discreet black and gray business suit Will would walk through one of the black markets. It was time to buy up some heavy ordinance to deal with this menace.  "I'll need at least a couple of blasters, maybe some powered swords of some kind or other...what else do I need to obtain to deal with that unknown fleet should they come back?" As Will questioned himself about this he would walk over to one of the vendors who had quite the assortment of weapons both from earth and other planets.

The man he approached seemed very shady, but that was pretty common where he was. "Well hey there... you looking for a piece? I got more pieces then Reeses, my niggah." he says to Will. "I got everything, from pea shooters, to AP snipers, to RPGs. Pick and click."

There were a lot of options for ammo and guns that Will could pick out. So he would go with some he knew how to use and how to get working. Plus ones he had more skill with would make using them that much easier anyway, but one in particular would catch his eye. 


"Thirty of those are on my shopping list?." As Will said this he would point out the Wide Bore Laser Gun that was modified to shoot an armor piercing beam that just so happened to have AM, AT and AP properties a gun of sorts that had never been tested but was good. It would not lurch too far to the right or to the left and would be considerably useful.

"I'll also need a ship of some sort?perhaps some hand held melee weapons of some sort as well. A few of those high powered guns that are armor piercing from earth, add them to the list of things I am buying from you." 

"So what else do you have? I need something with a lot of power to it. Something that once it wipes out a ship, can wipe out the ship hiding behind the ship you just wiped out. "

He quickly compiles the smaller weapons, but pauses with the ship. "What kind of ship you looking to destroy cuz."

Will snapped his fingers and a picture of one of the unknown ships appeared. "These." Those unknown ships would need to be obliterated so they could not be a problem as they might get in the way of finding Prince Rychart. And Will knew he did not need more trouble than he already had. Even with the stick, he was somewhat uncertain about this whole ordeal that was transpiring. "I will also need a suit of armor, and what would be chosen normally is powered armor. But I am not sure where to get one of those to deal with the weapons those ships use.... Hmm. What ships do you have for sell? I am on the hunt for someone, a belkan. His name is Admiral Rychart and if he is alive...I have somewhere to take him. But in the mean time, I do need a ship and plenty of armaments to put on board it."

The dealer nodded. "I ain't got anything that could go up against a capital war ship, but I do have an old frigate." He looks around for the papers for it. "Rychart you say? He aint been around here in a while." He called back to him.

"No power armor. Sold my last CS-4 fallen to a pretty lady in a lab coat this mornin."

The old frigate would have to do, Will was no expert with mechanics but he could do some repairs on it and improvements. Once he kidnapped some scientists he could have them add on better equipment and what not to the frigate and retrofit it. And well, he did have plans that required he get his band together and upon hearing the CS-4 fallen had been purchased. "Do you mind if I probe your memories to see who this lady in a lab coat was?"  If the man agreed, Will would prepare himself to gently reach in and get the information he needed on the person so he could know who had purchased part of the equipment he needed to be properly armed. There were suspicions he had about who the lady could be, but he needed to confirm.

"Sorry breh, i pride myself in customer confidentially." he informs him.

"Very well then. "

Once the stuff had been paid for, Will would prepare himself and change his garments once more. Arming himself with one of the guns..just to be on the safe side he would walk over to where the ship would be kept. "This is...it is an old Narrikian Frigate. Like eight years ago today frigate..." But it was familiar, and he could probably pilot it with some difficulty. Of course he would have to wait until his body fully healed from that incident with the fire...and it still was.

"Yep, shes seen some action." He says. "Man you outta seen that lady though... She got an ass on her, yessirry"

"I'll take your word for it...." Will walked into the ship and began to type on the computers, updating it to a new OS he had found out about and programming in the System Admin as himself. Once that was done Will would erase all the data the previous owner of the ship had, and begin to do some adjustments such as changing the Comm Sig to a new one he had acquired. The hull would be examined and any holes in it would be fixed up by Will before he even considered taking the thing for a spin. "Will do for now I guess, I'll have to acquire another later. You know any markets where I could get a new frigate that hasn't seen much action?"

"Cant think of any here." He replied.

"We'll I'd best be off then."

With that, Will would get on board his ship and take off after getting it safely outside of the Black Market area.
