"This looks nothing like any of those places you mentioned. Are you sure we're going to find what we need here...?" Zerker asked his Novierian friend, but Synthe shook his head.
"No. We're here to stock up. Normally, I wouldn't need anything, as I am a Novierian. I require no nourishment. You, on the other hand, are originally human, and you require some sort of edible substance. I regret to tell you that I have absolutely no such thing, nor anything for any future passengers we may pick up on our journeys. Anything else we may find in regards to our extra two passengers or information to our newly born embodiment is a bonus if such things exist." Synthe replied mentally, searching the areas beyond the ticket booth for such businesses. "What does your kind eat anyways? Herbivore? Carnivore? Omnivore? ... Etherealvore?"
"I.. uh... I eat both meat and plants. I'll tell you if anything you pick out is something in particular I can't consume." Zerker replied, taken rather off guard by Synthe's attitude towards the situation. It must be odd, or vexing even for the Novierian to have to go as far as to purchase a thing he never thought he needed. What's more, Synthe probably has had no experience whatsoever on what kind of food anyone may eat.
It probably feels alienating, actually.
"I'm sorry you have to do this. It's probably strange for you." Zerker attempted at sympathy, but the Novierian only looked back at him.
"It's fine. It's probably my fault for not stocking up beforehand." Synthe replied.

And then an awkward silence. The relationship between these two hadn't really kicked off yet. Synthe was still not used to actually traveling with someone, and Zerker wasn't used to having ANY sort of social contact with anyone. Truly, the two had their difficulties. Zerker definitely wasn't acting like he normally would be, but then again, traveling alone for weeks on end with no real contact with anyone else can do that to a person.

".. Do you think we'll find anyone else to come aboard with us?" Zerker asked to hopefully break the awkward silence between them.
"Not likely. If we do, it'll either be another Novierian or a Blood Dragon. Perhaps another wanderer like us." Synthe replied quickly, not even having to think of it. It was as if he already had such an occasion planned, an enigma that the Novierian probably had been questioning a long time. If I find another Novierian, what should I do? talk to them? invite them along? what if they don't want to? what if they remember me and want nothing to do with me? What if I bring along someone else and they don't like them?
The questions piled onto Synthe for the longest time, it was only recently that he made up his mind regarding extra passengers. He would pick up anyone that needed it, and would try to feel no sense of longing if they were to leave. And that was that.

The two stopped. They both felt his presence at the same time, in the same instant. Another Blood Dragon. Synthe and Zerker looked at one another, almost confirming that they both indeed felt it at the same time with no need for talk or communication. They both knew. The only question was... where?
Zerker was the first to actually find him, automatically observing the rather tall-looking human. In fact, he looked impatient. Though anyone's patience would wear thin while waiting for a stupid monetary system that revolved around tickets and limited spots to only contribute billions of credits and other currencies to gigantic businesses that never knew when to stop. Piracy of such a place was in order, but now was definitely not the time.

The pair was lead easily through customs, but they were informed that due to Pleasure Planet's special opening events, no hotel rooms were open, and they were advised to return to their space craft for rest.

As they the left the hanger bays, they would board a rail car to the Biosphere itself. It was in incredible sight, housing 12 distinct levels, each with their own climate. They were different sizes, but all of them were circular in nature, with transparent sides showing space, and opaque barriers between districts.

"Wooooow~ it looks amazing!" Zerker complimented, feeling like a child in the rail car as his sights were turned towards all the fun things the planet had. It literally looked like an amusement park for everyone of all ages. And when they finally got off the car, even Synthe felt a tad nostalgic for the long days of his youth. Most of the sights couldn't be seen from the ticketing area/customs. They were still in construction of parts of the place, so perhaps it would be remedied later.

The pair walked towards a district map, showing all twelve of the district levels and gave a general idea of what they contained. "... So, here is all the shopping... But we need to buy ship supplies in bulk, so I wonder if these even have such a place..." Synthe murmured in his mind, which in turn came out in telepathy towards his partner in crime.
"Well, this place IS for amusement, not for resupply..." Zerker chimed in, but Synthe shook his head.
"Yes, but think about it. Say you were a business running a giant amusement park in the form of a space station or the like, much like this. You're station is the only one around for millions of AUs every way. Would you not provide supplies for bypassing ships and skip out on all the potential money?" Synthe offered the question to Zerker, which had the answer before Synthe even finished.
"Well, no... But it seems like an odd place to resupply." Zerker answered, already focused on all the attractions that laid all around him.
"In space, everywhere and everything is odd. Even you, and even me." Synthe stated through his telepathy, and left it at that. "Come, we'll find what we're looking for on this district here." He added, placing his thick index finger on a district labelled that it contain shopping areas.

The railcar deposited them at district he had pointed it, simply called the Meeting District. It was the more boring side of Pleasure Planet, where the Biosphere met the ship itself. Because it met the ship hull it had no transparent edges, and was a confined space station where most of the actual business was conducted. It was one of the smallest districts, and did not have the gaudy luxury that the other sectors did. But it did have plenty of offices and practical grocery stores, clothing shops, etc. It was essentially Pleasure Planet's commercial district, and it was about 150 miles in diameter.

A tall man was tailing them, he was hunting them. He was a Blood Dragon, and his plans were to eat them, and the collect a bit of their blood for his orb. Why he chose here for this, who knows. The man was skilled as tracking both humanoid and animal. It would be hard to tell he was trailing them, and the he in his heart eyed them as if a meal. A hard earned meal.

The man's stomach growled, he hadn't eaten in over a week. He refused to eat anything he himself did not kill.

"Yes, I need your mid-sized ship supply package, minus the fuel." Synthe telepathed to the clerk, as the hard working alien that the pleasure planet no doubt hired through various strings typed furiously on a device of sorts.
"Is that all, Sir?" The clerk inquired, making the final preparations to finish the order.
"Correct. Please send the supplies to this ship ID... The name should come up as 'Ghost Strings.' I believe the dock we came in from was from..." Synthe explained in great detail, as Zerker looked around the store. There were certainly a lot of oddities, a great number of things he definitely hadn't seen from anywhere he came from, especially his homeworld. Rather, most of these oddities seemed... edible? This was a shop tailored for resupply and whatnot, but was all of this actually food? Did half of the races in the entire plane actually eat this stuff?
He stopped his poking around when he spotted a cookbook. Or, rather, a datachip containing on how to cook certain items for various races. He stopped there, and headed back to the counter with Synthe and the Clerk.

"... My account should ring up."
"I'm sorry, sir, but it rings up as empty."
"Are you sure you punched it in right? The ID was 78576832674328564754."
"... Ah, there we go. I hit the first 4 as a 5. My sincerest apologies. ... You are still a tad short sir."
Synthe brought his palm to his face. Not in a million years did he actually think he'd have to spend his credits on food, of all things. The damned sustenance expired and didn't even last that long!
"Here, I have the rest here..." Synthe dug into his pack, bringing out the remaining credits. He never bothered to magically make the accursed item. The economy in all of the main part of the planes was already bad, so why the hell contribute more false money to it like every other magic user out there.
"Your credits are authentic. You should have your supplies within the hour. Also, upon your purchase, you are entitled to a free meal at the-" The clerk started, but Synthe shook his head.
"Give it to my friend here. He hasn't eaten since he left his home planet." Synthe instructed, motioning the young blood dragon over.

Zerker, on the other hand, was reluctant. Not because he didn't want the free meal, but there was something else. A change in the air was about. Something, or someone, was following them. He could smell it. But, not wanting to give anything away to their pursuer, he quickly changed his attention back to the two. "... Hm? Oh, I'd be happy to take it~"

The tall an was chanting under his breath, keeping his magic contained to the blood in the orb around his neck, this along with magic signature suppression prevented it from leaving his blood or radiating in anyway. The way no magic to detect, but sure enough, a spell was being prepared.

The tall figure stomach grumbled, his spell failed, and from behind a rich looking women he fell not a few feet away from his two prey… too hungry to move… a blood dragon tail swinging behind him as if it was twitching in agony from the hunger.

[[Siiiiiiince due to recent events, there's absolutely no reason for this topic since the whole point was for Cap's character to meet with mine and become buddy-buddy. However, this topic does solve certain IC problems, so I'm going to just assume that Synthe and Zerker left pleasure planet shortly after loading on the supplies they needed. All o' the rest of this topic should be pretty much null'd.]]
