Playing In A Pocket Dimension

A Type 01 Soldier appeared inside one of the pocket dimensions owned by whoever had been trying to take stuff from Sovereign. It looked around, curious.

The Pocket Dimension had dozens of androids smelting metal and building something...but what could it be? It appeared to be some sort of massive cylinder of sorts and contained a glowing red energy source. The metals in the area not part of the androids would be smelted onto the container, making it last and keeping what was contained locked inside the container. Never would this thing be loosed on the Mortal Dimension. Hundreds of CI Controlled Fighters made with the Link Sys system would be circling the thing and occassionally scanning the area.

The Type 01 Soldier was recording this information for live review elsewhere. It just hovered there, trying to decipher which empire was building... this... whatever it was. A Type 02 soldier appeared and began to float towards the energy source.

When it approached the energy source that contained the red energy...the fighters over head would drop bombs on the Type 02 soldier and unleash rail guns and what not but none of the tech would have insignias, or comm signals or anything that could say what kind of empire they were. The cylinder was some sort of weapon and yet at the same time it was not a weapon. For once the Cylinder was filled with energy, it would be opened. From there, it would unleash a blast of the likes the Anrufe had never seen before. Devices began to be attached to the top of it, a sort of scope that would magnify the power of the beam. The energy was not tech but psi and m. woven together to be one unique energy.

The soldier held his hands up towards the bombs, and where the bombs should have exploded, instead the blast of the explosion was absorbed by it. The same thing happened to the rail gun fire. The energy being fired at the soldier, the unique energy, was absorbed too.

The Unique Energy could not be absorbed however, as it had not been launched. When ballistics did not work of the normal variety, the androids adapted and began to shoot all manner of attacks at both, including fire-balls, mini nukes and other things in hopes of finding something that worked. Wind elemental, earth elemental, fire elemental, lightning elemental, metal elemental, gravity elemental and also sound elemental attacks were also tried. Freezing them was also tried as was various other attacks including impaling them with Beam Weaponry that had no insignia on it. Finally, commands to blow up the pocket dimension and release the energy now were given and so buttons were pushed.

From there, it would unleash a blast of the likes the Anrufe had never seen before.

The soldier continued absorbing everything fired at it. As soon as it had what it needed, it and the Type 01 Soldier vanished.
