Just a creator note, Hawkeye had no say in the development of these, I am just being nice and helping him create a few things.
Cloaking Device - These flawed devices are able to render a ship completely invisible to the naked eye or sensors. This device isn't perfect due to the ability of what the Neo Narrikian can do, but it should work enough for a while.
Shielding upgrades - Thanks to Logan the Neos have shielding upgrade abilities that would allow them to take 3 more high power shots before the shield fails.
