He has a point but at the same time doesn't I did create the UEM to support my character's back stories but it really isn't official exactly. It isn't on the requests because I figured that the UEM wouldn't needed to be requested since it is just the planet's military united together. But at the same time I do not own Earth. So that is why I didn't request the UEM, I just mentioned it.

So would I have to act on defense of Earth because I came up with the concept of the UEM? I realize that Earth wouldn't be under my control because K2 owns it but from my description of some of my characters the UEM is Earth's first line of defense in a sense, well outside of the owner.

Also too that effect he is trying to contact the UEM. But as I pointed out K2 is in charge of Earth, so even if the UEM would exist wouldn't it be under his control?

I dun own Earth anymore, K Empire pulled out off it some time ago, though we may still have a few outposts there.

If K2323 no longer owns it, then I'd say you got yourself a brand new planet. Seeing as the major warring factions such as the DAIS, Anrufe, and k empire pulled out, that leaves the majority of the planet unowned in a sense. I'd just make a request for the UEM... Or perhaps a United Earth Government (UEG)
