That would mean they'd be the moon military then not the Earth military. I would think Earth itself would have more of a say about this than her 'children' humans.

Yeah, but the moon has and never will most likely have a name other than what it is. They are still in Earth space, and they came from Earth. Does that make them any less Earth people?

But it wouldn't be a military due to what's happened to Earth over the years. They would have had to leave and make a military BEFORE the problem with Legion or they would have been forced into pacifism throughout the timeskip. You're saying they made it after K Empire left. By then humanity would have been full-on-tree huggers.

Well that is possible because I made a mention of them expanding to a base on the moon a long time ago. We are talking before the time skip too. I think that was actually something on GE.
