Meh, since Unstellar isn't here anymore I have decided to adopt the Bellicus and the Imbellis along with their empire and world for myself.

You have to have Hikaru's permission, and I don't even think you will use them correctly. You'll just say. "OH WE LIKE ORDER NOW!" And then they belong to him.

I will use them correctly and I am waiting for her to give me permission for me to gain control of them IC. I don't plan for them to belong to Order.
