Sword of the Dire Ghoul: A black steel hilted cutlass with a blood red blade that continously drips blood out of its blade edge. Any individual who gets this blood into their blood stream is immediately poisoned. The poison rots the skin and organs rapidly and eventually attacks the brain. In about ten minutes a human would die and as soon as a person dies from the poison, they are magically 'brought back' and are under the control of the person that wields the sword.
Helm of the Slaughter: The person that wears this helm is beset by an uncontrollable rage. They will attack anything that they can see, going so far as to charge armies by themselves. However, with this anger they are given the magical equivalent of an adrenaline rush and their strength is increased almost two fold and they can feel no pain, shrugging off wounds that would cripple a normal being.
Spear of Eternal Thrust: This ten foot long wooden spear with a serrated leaf shaped edge has the ability to teleport after it is thrown ten feet. It opens up a portal to the target and immediately behind the target so that it is sucked in after it is hit then thrown back at the target by the portal on the other side. However, this spear has several rather difficult kinks in its use. First, in order to be used it must daily be sung to in an ancient Sage dialect a Haiku. Then it you must spit ten feet to where you need the portal to be. Then you must through the spear with your toes in order to allow it to use its portal magic.
Staff of the Prophet: A 5 foot long gold colored, metallic staff that emminates a blue smoke. The staff itself is able to change shape in a split second at the will of Isaac. The staff has a neurotoxin built into it and when it hits an enemy the staff/weapon delivers the toxin which is capable of taking down a normal human in moments.
Robe of the Prophet: This brown robe with golden letters is imbued with a counterspell which helps deflect blows and block attacks.
