Mod Nomination Topic

According to the recent staff poll, we want another mod, but not Cap. Due to recent absences on the parts of Hikaru and I due to our personal lives, this is probably more crucial now than ever, if the fall is any indication. So, let's start making some nominations, then I'll throw them together into a poll and we'll vote. Note that we will, of course, once (and only when we have voted, not before) ASK the person if they're willing, if not I guess we'll re-vote.

Right, so we need to figure out how to centralize the image of the board as a nation builder, and yet, more importantly, put emphasis on character development. Thus I propose we lessen our central focus to one or two galaxies, get rid of some other galaxies, and come up with a new Season 5 conflict, very minimal and able to be built on by the members, which is central to empire conflicts.
