(OOC: FIRST OF ALL, Earth wouldn't have TVs nor roads, nor the killing you said in the first post. So that's null. Second of all and the reason why the first is in play. TREENA. She's been turning Earth pacifist and having plans grow out of all technology or advanced things to bring her 'children' back to peace. You CAN NOT just ignore that she is there and go off like she would not even try to stop this. Just because Cap is not here to play her. She is STILL the Earths Spirit and would not just allow that to happen.)

((Right now the entire topic is void because you are trying to act in a settling that just doesn't exist anymore, while you can attempt to put earth into the void, you cannot auto-hit the void attack otherwise, I call bullshit. Wording damn well does matter, it should be always worded in attempt format, not it worked format. It avoids so many goddamn issues its not even funny. ))

(You can't just send the planet to the Void in two posts, that's AT LEAST a 10 post action as you're trying to take the entire planet that you DON'T have control over. Had it been yours already it could be done in one post, but not an enemy planet.)

(Not everyone is Atheist and even if you are you have to respect the fact others are celebrating or doing things with family. I for one say it should be against the rules to call 3-day-rule on holidays for that reason. We'll be leaving for Cali Tuesday morning and Monday will be hectic. You'll just have to wait till we get back on the 12th or 13th.)

Yesterday and the day before were spent contesting it. You know very well you don't post when something is being contested even if it's small as you don't know the outcome yet. The 3-days would start today and end Tuesday, as the contesting JUST ended. That's how the damn 3-day-rule works.
