What we have reached here is infact a very simple case of an OOC dispute when there shouldnt be one.
I would like to put forward a very major precedent;
The user Capxeno has pushed that his posts allow the 3 day rule even when disputes were open. Hikaru supported him on this. The set precedent for this is infact that it has happened. An OOC dispute shouldnt have been there considering that Cap could have easily just gone "But there was no new york city" in character.

Instead of trying to solve this through pointless OOC methods, remain in character and deal with what you have now.

It's not in the rules that public holidays are included in the 3 day rule. I'm happy to bring that into a rule amendment at some point but it currently is not.

He is a Solomonic Shaman (magic) but attends family events.
You don't have to be religious to attend it for family.

Also, it shouldn't be fair to make it where people can be 3-day-ruled on if it's a holiday where most in the world are busy and with family.

I changed something about the character, not the territory. If I had said, there's a jailcell with a 1000 epic magic convicts that are loyal to Kurai, and tried saying they made a break for it. That Would be close to what Orph is trying to so, Jack he can designate about all he wants, but Earth? Thats mine to screw with.

If it actually applied in this situation, sure. However, as I've said Orph is welcome to do what he please with his character personally. However, that does not give him the right to willynelly designate what is still on earth when I've made it clear that violence and technology or any sort is gone. There are no angry people, there are no cars, and there are no cities on earth anymore.

So, no the false heaven situation does not apply.

As I've said before, it doesn't. Orph doesn't get to decide what is and is not on Earth. If he wants to say, this isn't Jack but some Magic Dog dpy summon pet thing, more power to him. However, Earth Post-Time skip is Treena's domain and as Treena's Roleplayer I do have to set the Lore limits of what is and is not on Earth anymore.

So no, there is no New York city, and there are no cars, and there are no angry people on Earth. Thats Part of what I get to decide, now if Orph wants to say Jack is something other than Jack for whatever reason, go him. Thats his choice.


Even in the Hawkeye topic, a Lava forge wouldn't exist on Earth anymore and Treena would do what she could to prevent weapons from being made on Earth, so that was how she defended earth because she cannot be violent herself.


This is matter of I decide how Treena Earth is and is not, not Orph. With False Heaven, I decided on what Kurai was and was not and so forth. Nothing to do with false Heaven directly, except what the summon was attempting to do.
