You can set forum permissions and deny someone abilities there. Also I stated in my other posts, I didn't know there was a forum by that name on here. If it isn't an important area I probably ignore it. Also I spelled it the same way he did.

To answer you I think 3 admins is enough. But lets face it. We need at least two more mods to be able to approve things. You are witnessing first hand how inactive our staff can be. We need two more mods who are always active and that can be trusted.
