So let me get this straight.

On top of several allegations of god moding that were never examined, you can wrongfully access someone's computer, pose as a respected staff remember, get into the adminCP, delete a user whose done nothing wrong, delete yourself, ragequit just to dick us over, and then just walk back in and rejoin like nothing happened?

Those are the allegations. Staff dropped them due to 'not enough evidence'.

It wasn't him it was his friend. Apparently when we were arguing over FB his friend saw everything and thought Cap would be happy that he got revenge for him by deleting my account on the only thing important to me and Nik's account the same argument Cap always talked about. There's more than that but that's the basics. I have confirmed this in real life when going over there to accuse him the day after it happened and Malachi (the friend) himself stating that he did it.

I don't want to doubt you, but didn't you say Cap had your password and access to your computer? If so, how did Malachi get in if Cap had nothing to dowith it? I'm not trying to stir up trouble and honestly I don't hate Cap I just want to get this situation in the open and dealt with. And why did it take Cap so long to come back if it wasn't his fault?

I had used his comp while over there and it saved it, I forgot about that. Cap left the room after the FB argument and Malachi logged into the saved account. Malachi is for all purposes another hacker and would know what to do and how to do it (He brags plenty about it) as well as knew I had used the comp several times.

As for why it took him so long to come back. ...He was still upset about the FB argument which I will not disclose.

I know that feeling, but my lappy top is an ass and says "YOU TYPE PASSWORD LOLOL I'm not saving it."

My laptop's such a troll with passwords. </3

Either way, I get used to it. My computer(the one I use to draw) is pass-locked, so i kinda have to type it in. And no I'm not taking it off because I hate it when my mother invades my stuffs.

Yeah he has a point... if you knew how mad I was the night I went to accuse him though you wouldn't doubt... Long story short. I talked to cap online he denied it even though it was his IP. I printed it out and went over there to get answers as well as solve another issue (the FB argument issue)... He was at a friends house and not home so I went there, her and I got in a fight over bringing the arguments to 'her house' I shoved the paper in front of her face as part of "LOOK AT WTF CAP DID!" She got mad at that... very mad.
Malachi picked me up escorted me off, I bit him for it, large argument.

Finally he and Cap agreed to go back to Cap's house, argument and yelling ensues, through the argument about the site Malachi's all "I did that." Sarcastically and crap, .... when we got back to the friends house rocks by me were thrown at them and the cars and house, police NEARLY got involved...

Week later Cap and I make up he recounts what happened with Malachi and the computer.

I believe Hik on this, simply because though me and Cap have had our disagreements, I don't see him being the kind of guy that would rage quit like he did, even over a tense argument with Hik. He seems above that kind of thing.

Still, I could be totally wrong. I've never met him IRL and thus don't actually know him. Same thing for Hikaru, i'll never know if she's telling the turth or lying because you can say anything through a keyboard.

That's why I don't take the internet too seriously
