Trident
Technology traditionally held by the emperor, a Trident is a powerful piece of technology. Ancient Atlantican writings say that the first emperors controlled the "monsters of the sea" with the trident, whereas sea or ocean represents dimensional energy. With the trident, the Atlantican Emperor controls Atlantican Negi. Being that the Atlanticans are so often affected by changes in the flow of dimensional energy, they usually form negi, or darker beings of themselves, much more often than other races. The Atlantican Emperor's trident is a sort of storage container for negative energy. Atlanticans frequently place their hands on a small, padded device which takes the energy from them and transfers it to this trident on a sub-molecular level.
Hurricane Type Vessel
The Hurricane Class vessel is the ultimate piece of Atlantican technology, a ship designed to protect and serve the empire. The ship itself is rarely seen, as it emits for miles on end hurricane force winds, rain, and hail -- it's literally surrounded by a giant, everlasting hurricane, powered by dimensional energy, much deadlier than a normal hurricane. The rain alone tends to burn through that which it comes into contact with. The ship itself, at the eye of the storm, is an almost flat-like structure, much like a disc, continuously rotating on it's axis, around and around.
