Wrist Bracer Transport Device:
Lucien has decided that he needed a way to teleport himself once more and so has studied the specifics and mechanics of teleportation. From there, he was able to craft the technology known as the Wrist Bracer teleporter. In the form of a wrist bracer, this allows him to teleport anywhere that teleportation can be done even though it will not work in blocked locations. It is also locked from transporting him to any dangerous or hostile locations.

Protection Device 1:
Realizing the problems that could arise should someone be able to use a Bio Weapon on him, Lucien has designed a belt of sorts with some functions. First, it will actively scan the air, water, and food around him and detect toxicity levels along with anything that could possibly kill a Narrikian. It will also scan needles or medical tools around him.

From there, it will generate a field designed to prevent air based toxins from working on him by purifying the air and acting as a type of air filter type device that he keeps with him. Protection Device 1 will also painfully shock him if he attempts to drink poisoned drink or eat poisoned food. If a contaminated needle is coming at him it will also form a force field around his entire body?preventing the needle from having anywhere to go in.

Scanner Ver Tech:
This version of the scanner scans technology and can create digital blue prints of any technology that it scans thus allowing him to replicate exotic technologies once he gets the materials. The Scanner Ver Tech and the scanner Ver DNA both look identical as a cross between a PDA and a Cell Phone and incredibly futuristic. Lucien has put labels on both of them so they can be distinguished.

Scanner Ver DNA: This version of the scanner unlike the tech one is meant to scan DNA and allow him to obtain digital code versions of the genetic code of any race so he knows what he is up against. It also allows him to learn the strengths and weaknesses of any race scanned by it. The Scanner Ver Tech and the scanner Ver DNA both look identical as a cross between a PDA and a Cell Phone and incredibly futuristic. Lucien has put labels on both of them so they can be distinguished.

Age Retardation Serum: Without the abilities he once had, Lucien realized he would be vulnerable to old age and so made a solution to that problem. From taking various liquids and elixirs made that could keep the body alive during cryostasis, Lucien has managed to do some work and develop something to tremendously slow the aging process for him. In other words, this serum allows him to live a great deal longer. True it is not like that of other people, but it will have to do for now. The Age Retardation serum has only been tested on himself and fully works, thankfully.

Nano Mesh Suit: The nano mesh suit is meant to replace the need to create barriers around him and is a sort of fabric layered with three layers of nanites along with strength enhancing servos and speed boosting servos. Lucien has also incorporated some weaponry into the suit in the form of the MWCA, but he has actually built it into the suit and has left the suit less computerized than the ship. The suit cannot be hacked by external means and to do so from inside the suit would require a very long time. (About 70 posts) The Nano Mesh suit boosts his speed, and strength 20% along with providing him energy weapons of the hand held form. Lucien always wears this. The Nano Mesh Suit may not be as advanced as the Grunder Industries or DAIS suit but does possess regenerative capabilities along with a built in computer that is connected to an implant in Lucien?s brain allowing him to process information more than a normal Narrikian could in terms of speed.

Neural Implant: The implant was designed so that Lucien could connect his mind to the computer inside of the nano mesh suit. This allows him to process data faster and think faster. It also allows him to use every aspect of the Nano Mesh suit easier. The Neural Implant is inside his brain done by a surgeon that Lucien trusted?but then killed after the surgery was done. It cannot be hacked from the outside or repurposed from the outside of his body meaning someone would have to put him under to do it or take control from within his body which would be hard to do. This operates on a closed network.

Bio Booster v1:
Lucien has began experimentation with the Narrikian Genome in hopes of boosting the capabilities of any Narrikian. However so far all his research has done has led to him creating a nanite ridden solution that is able to double the strength and speed the person has. The nanites can be reprogrammed, hacked or whatever and so he has not tested this on himself or anyone yet.

Wrist Bracer denied, a wrist bracer cant possibly improve ones overall punching strength. Would improve your wrist strength but not your punching.

Scanner denied, You literally have the ability to get the full blueprints of all tech you encounter AND the genetic code of organics you encounter? No, thats OP.

Magistrate fighters, denied. Lucien is one man who no longer has access to magic. Creating full ships out of technology he no longer has access to is beyond him unless he's taking months upon months of R&D in which case hes months ahead of everyone else and cant do anything until we reach that point in character.

Bio Booster denied, how did he test it if he's the first and only person to ever have it. Also how can it not be re-purposed in any way.

Age Retardation Serum approved.

Nano Mesh Suit Approved only if it is hackable.

Neural Implant can only not be EMPed if Lucien's skull is made of lead.

Sounds very vague.

Especially since different species would have different forms of coding, and hell some species wouldn't even use the same basic type of electronics as another does. Try hacking an alien quantum computer dude; I fucking dare you.

We've been over this with Nik's. As SP encompasses all of existence, there are millions, billions, trillions and even more than that races out there! Each one is bound to have their own languages and encoding. Look at a bruteforcer right now, it can take years to get in. Now put it in the position of millions of languages. .....There's just no way, even if all races used binary as a base. Your device would take until you were dead.

MWCA MK IV
These MWCA were not designed by Lucien but were studied by Vionix scientists and made as a replacement for the inferior ones he used. These MWCA are capable of more than their predecessors being able to create more complex constructs and last longer than the normal ones. Moment Fields and a tractor beam type technology have been incorporated into these. The MWCA is also capable of out-performing most of the old ones. Lucien has incorporated his Vionix communicator into this, as well as an advanced computer system that is voice controlled and responds only to his voice.

This technology was made as an improvement from the original MWCA to this new and more advanced model that is also capable of self-repair. The MWCA is also capable of remotely causing one of the Vionix craft designed specifically for him to come to his aid as needed. The MWCA are also capable of shooting an energy zip-line that can be used similar to a grapple hook as well making it more than able to allow him to pull himself up to heights. Unlike the previous models Lucien can change the weapon as many times as he sees fit without needing to put in a new power pack.

The power sources of the MWCA include Fission, and Solar power but can also charge off of conventional sources.
This improved version of the MWCA is one the Anrufe does not have access to and is one only Lucien and the Vionix currently possess. It can also communicate with the other MWCA of this variety, but not with the predecessors as Lucien left out that feature to prevent eavesdropping on him.

Note: Moment Fields change the gravity around a non-living object for a certain degree of time relative to how much energy is put in and then you use the tractor beam to lift the now much lighter object.

Condor Class Super Fighter:
The schematics though incomplete held at the Ancient Chronicles were utilized by Lucien. The aid of the Vionix was instrumental in making and building this new class of fighters. The Fighters are more sub frigates, but more armed than actual fighters would be as their purpose is a bit different. These are meant to enter the atmosphere and be able to take on enemy defenses from the air and level key structures to cripple empires. The Condor Class Super Fighter is colored White and Gray, a sign of honor in some cases. Weaponry includes missile launchers, plasma cannons, a couple of laser cannons and a mounted machine gun that can be used. The Condor Class Super Fighter is also linked to the MWCA meaning Lucien can have it come and pick him up as needed. The Condor Class Super Fighter is one of a kind. The wing tips are also wavering blades allowing them to cut enemy ships in passing. This is linked to Lucien's biometrics and DNA and scans for his neural patterns as well so only he can pilot it. It incorporates the Vionix armoring known as the MARKER system. (Multiple Armour Response; Kinetic and Energy Repellent)

New Guardian Academy MK I:
The loss of the Wind Storm Academy was a low blow and so Lucien decided that the Vionix could help him build something even better than the previous one had been. The Fire Storm Academy has much greater capabiltiies battle wise than the predecessor of the Wind Storm Academy. Rail Guns, Coil Guns, EMP shielding due to detoxified lead and missile launchers along with Plasma Cannons have been added. The MARKER armoring system of the Vionix has also been incorporated so as to provide more protection. AM is on throughout the entire station constantly now which runs off of several compact fission cores. The Station is also able to thanks to pocket dimensional technology store vehicles and ships and mechas and what not. The New Guardian Academy is also serving as a place of education that is considerably more advanced than all others in the dimension for now.

The New Guardian Academy uses simulations and holographic touch screens among other advanced pieces of science. The New Guardian Academy also uses many Narrikian advancements in science along with Vionix advancements. The New Guardian Academy holds the condors and many other pieces of technology developed by the Vionix and Lucien as a means of combatting the Anrufe. Officially this has no military purpose, but is a school. This also possesses a Hyper Drive, and an INET ring so it can go to other worlds. It is considered to be a Super Capital ship.

Chronal Viewer: One of the uncompleted schematics from the Ancient Chronicles this allows a person to select a moment in the past and view that moment. While they are unable to change anything they can know everything that went on in that moment, and this technology has been taken out of the ancient chronicles by Lucien. It is comprised of the MARKER system due to upgrades. The Chronal Viewer is something he always keeps with him. The Chronal Viewer happens to run off of six nuclear fission cores unfortunately due to the massive power it requires. Lastly the Chronal Viewer can also be used to view the past of the person using it. This is one of Lucien's most prized possessions and one he rarely lets out of his sight. It is a platform with a chair and a helmet on the chair. When you sit down in the chair the helmet comes down over your eyes allowing you to view but not change the past. While you sit in the chair a FORCE FIELD of exotic energies surrounds you. The Force Field is AM, AT, AP, AST, AOW and anti any other conceivable means of getting into. It automatically deactivates when you are done using the Chronal Viewer though. Currently the Chronal Viewer can only give events of his entire life an actual recording of everything even schematics he made, lessons he learned and that sort of thing. However Lucien is working out the kinks.

MWCA MK V:
Further analysis and improvements have led to the creation of the MK V series of the MWCA which has more capabilities than that of the predecessor called the IV. The MK V unlike the predecessor is quite capable of shooting out high powered lasers from the hands. It is also capable of making energy spheres that can cause bad effects when they hit other technology. It still retains the capability to make energy weapons. The computers are more advanced being ones produced by the Vionix. The MK V is also quite capable of using the moment field technology of the person. The MWCA is also capable of communication with the series V and also overriding any technology that incorporates the previous series. The MK V is also ran off of a mini nuclear fission core and solar power but can also charge off of conventional sources. This one is made out of a combination of the MARKER system alloy plus mithril added to the mix for extra stability. Still it remains light as a feather due to the alterations Lucien has done to the technology. The gloves have not required much modification. These are also linked to him and so far only one set of the series V has been made, his own. They have neural and genetic scanners so only he can use them. This also possesses a link to another creation of his.

Merciless

Merciless was made by Lucien and the Vionix based off of a legend of the Narrikians, but is actual science and not legend. The claws of the creation are wavering blades custom made for the Lion and it can also shoot eye lasers. Laser carbines are mounted on the back essentially capable of pumping laser fire into the vehicle or land based craft of an enemy. They are in sets of six in two emplacements on the back of the creation. These take 3 posts to reload after every one post of consecutive fire power due to the batteries needing to recharge.

The Lion also has other defenses however such as a Lance Type weapon that can be used in place of the Laser Carbine. The lance type weapon is capable of alternating frequencies until it penetrates a shield. Another weapon is of course the tail mounted laser that can be shot out at an opponent. The power source of the Lion happens to actually be Compact Fission located near the abdomen. The Merciless also incorporates the technology known as the INET ring which Lucien studied.
The Merciless is a land based craft.

Shadow-Monarch Armor:
Advancements in the Shoku and Ventus Systems after feasible combat data had been obtained allowed for the creation of the Shadow-Monarch Armor. The monarch armor unlike the crown armor boasts a wide range of environmental and other shielding allowing it to survive anything short of a nuke being dropped on it. The Shadow Monarch armor possesses greater manipulation technology than the suits did of Force Fields. The Monarch Armor is powered by not one but three stars allowing it to do three x as much as the previous model. The armor boosts strength and speed 10x in comparison to what Lucien will normally have. The armor possesses a genetic locking code so that only Lucien can use it. A neural scanner has also been incorporated into this to prevent unauthorized access.

The Shadow Monarch Armor is the replacement for the battle suits and is a vastly more powerful version. The armor also has built in weaponry and X-Ray scanners along with Infra-Red and Ultra-Violet sight and it can even detect biological weapons and filter them out of it. The suit has a limited oxygen supply. It does possess the ability to teleport like the Shadow Crown did. Lucien has also put in devices that allow it to replenish the oxygen supply and has incorporated the technology of the Multi Weapon Construct Apparatus Series V. This armor is made for one purpose and one purpose only and that is to be his personal armor. The Shadow Monarch Armor also incorporates teleportation technology as the previous suits did not even have such. An INET ring has also been built into this. The armor is made out of the MARKER system.

Reduce the chronal viewer to only events pertaining to the user and thats fine. Being able to know anything that ever happened ever is way too OP for tech you've not specified how it worked.
