Almost immediately after the initial meeting had determined the next meeting place, the Zarethians set off, arrived and rented a grand meeting hall and a local hotel out for an indeterminate time. The hotel was nice, simple, elegant and refined but most Zarethians would be spending a very limited amount of time there despite its luxurious state. In fact, the hotel was almost empty, most of its usual business driven away by its entirety being rented by an intergalactic superpower.
In stark contrast was the meeting hall, a wide, well accousticed building full of the grand air of power. Inside it was what almost seemed like a milling zant hill, with Zarethians of all types running about and doing various tasks in order to prepare for what may well be the most important intergovernmental meeting in their history. Chairs and tables were being put into place, lighting was being modified to decrease the glare on datapad screens, air conditioning activated and anti-viral scrubbing were being applied in copious amounts. Massive amounts of data from the different empires attending were being stored given to diplomats to study up on.
All in all, it was a massive undertaking and by the day of the meeting, the hall looked spectacular.
