I might be going to BronyCon which is located in New York/New Jersey (Meadowlands right across the bridge from NY to NJ). It's June 30th and Ju1y st, and if I go I would be going June 29th - July 2nd. Not gonna get up my hopes yeeeeeeeeeeet. However grandma did say if I can get a hotel room she'll pay for the plane ticket and rest of the stuff. AND! So I've been watching the BronyCon crashdown thread on BronyCon meetup for those whole "I have a room and looking for roommates/crashdown people" posts and replied to a few of them. So I am very CLOSE!

Therefore, most likely. I WILL BE GOING TO BRONYCON!

IT IS NOW A DEFINITE!

I didn't even have to pay money for a hotel. I remembered that my brother-in-law's sister lived in NY (Queens to be exact) and she said I can stay there!
Now I just need to purchase plane and Con tickets AND I AM DEFINITELY GOING TO BRONYCON!  ;D ;D ;D

Technically it'd be cheaper for you since your state is closer to NY than my state. Check Orbitz and cheapflights and such, that's where you get plane tickets cheap. I found mine for $213! But that's across country, you could probably find cheaper.

It's not so much the plane tickets, it's the thing about finding somewhere to sleep. Not to mention I used my funds for my trip to OMGcon.

According to Orbitz, for my hotel stay and the flight there, it'd be $678 not counting the trip back. I also sorta need to save my funds for other things such as an insurance payment for my car and college, sooo...
Maybe next year I can go to a convention all about ponies. 8D

* Aether Star will be there in spirit. He'll be watching the show and whatnot on those two days.

Well yeah I came back Tuesday the 3rd. And just have to say BRONYCON WAS SUPER AWESOME!
There were like 4000 people and like panels and voice actors and stuff. Oh oh and there was a rave from 9pm - 2am on saturday night where we all partied hard! (Just without the drugs, alcohol and acid you know) Because MLP is a show of magic and friendship not acid trips and shooting up.  ;)

In the non-fanatic version. IT WAS AWESOME! And I'll have a blog about it soon.

But I wasn't event there yet  :( Seriously. I woke up late due to the rave on saturday night and then had to fight the damn subways, two of them, plus a bus which took 50 minutes to even load to get to the convention center.



And shhhh don't spoil it till I get the blog with pictures and videos and links up! Sometime this week....
