The flash of light was quite brilliant, as always, in the skies of Frezzi, just in it's lower orbit atmosphere, as a purple vortex of energy shot forth, the sign no doubt of an elaborate FTL drive unlike those typically encountered in these galaxies. From this FTL vortex shot forth a frigate belonging to Galactic, Inc. which sent out a simple message to the planet below:

Greetings, Mechera. This is a frigate assembly sent by the media and weapons manufacturing company known as Galactic, Inc. We come seeking to make a business deal of sorts with your government. Whom might we talk to about arranging such a contract?

The transmission, being shot at the planet, actually went unanswered because the Mechera didn't colonize the surface of the Gas Giant(that'd be silly). Instead, all of the infrastructure of the Capital of the Mechera(well, in this Dimension anyways) laid in spacial orbit around Frezzi and its moons, and much of it also ON its moons(not JUST orbiting them). Luckily for the Galactic INC vessel, a transmission was sent from a nearby Station to it.
[Excuse me, but if you're here to visit the Mechera Capital, there's nothing on the planet proper. Frezzi is a Gas Giant as you may know, so construction on-world is unnecessarily difficult. Everything lies in Spacial Orbit, so it'll probably be best for you to dock your ship at a Station in order to begin whatever business you have.]

And with that, the frigate moved to a nearby station, broadcasting it's RSO (Identification) signal and requesting clearance to dock.
