Personality (one paragraph minimum): Due to the way he was raised, Jeff is a very disciplined individual. Rarely does he show emotion without a reason for said emotion. Most of the time he does not prefer to associate with people, but he is working on that as he one day will become emperor of the Neo Narrikians once he handles the threat of the Anrufe. Jeff is also not anti anrufe like Rezick, but prefers they keep themselves to themselves and leave it at that. Another problem is that he does not often have much patience with people leading to disastrous consequences. Jeff does have honor allowing his opponents to have a chance to fight back against him. Jeff also does not tolerate paranoia like the normal Narrikians have.

Character's History (Minimum 3 Paragraphs): Rezick knew that one day he might perish at the hands of Thel and so he engineered a fail-safe in the case he did indeed perish. The fail safe he engineered was an exact duplicate of him-self down to some degree. However, some things had been left out and other things had also been included in the new creation that was made so that he indeed could have a chance. Full and well knowing Lucien did not have it in him to lead the clone was bred so it was going to be a great leader.
Other skills were programmed into the clone through technology. Neuromuscular memories were programmed into the clone giving it enhanced physical capabilities and making it more than a match for most hand to hand experts out there in the current plane. The clone was also taught by soldiers how to use technological weapons to dominate the battle field and erase opponents from existence. However in order to balance out the fact he had made a clone Rezick left the clone incomplete in a way, it could not use anything but tech. Serums injected into the clone also provided it a greater longevity than that of a normal Narrikian, essentially this is a Human but with a way longer life span at it?s disposal.
The clone was now unleashed when the Anrufe invasion of Ventus Tempestus came to be, the container or pod at the heart of the planet memorial within the old capital building opened up and so the clone or individual has been released in order to take the throne and retake the Neo Narrikian Empire. Equipped with weaponry, he now travels the worlds and hunts for a way to put the NNE back on top.
