New Intergalactic Order

The K Empire, under the leadership of Kaleb, had watched the changes that had taken place over the last few years. It had not been amused when war broke out eight years ago, when brothers started killing brothers all over the universe. Still, it pressed on. It kept moving.

When the rioting started all over the galaxies, it got harsher. Stricter. It survived. Sure, there were those who questioned the methods it had taken to achieve order. But it had achieved order. That is, it had achieved order within its own confines. The rest of the universe had to solve their own problems.

But now, times were changing. Things were getting worse. The universe had been shaken by the loss of magic and technology. It had nearly destroyed everything that the empires settled here had worked to achieve. Kaleb Tyris was not amused. He knew that some form of order needed to come, and it was apparent that order in the borders of the K Empire was no longer enough. He needed to bring order to the rest of the universe as well.

And so, it was here in the Grand Meeting Hall prepared by the Zarethians some time before the eclipse of magic that Kaleb sat at a large conference table... And so the games began.

Soon after it broadcasted its message, the Mechera saved a copy of it and analyzed the coordinates provided.

Moments later, the probe was teleported to those same coordinates, slightly modified so that the Mechera could change its message. It would be programmed to go off when nearby ships or broadcasting systems of a similar design to the original probe were nearby-

Favored Ally!
The Empire has recieved your summons to this meeting of nations. Unfortunately, a massive Alliance would necessitate changes within the governmental systems of its participants, as the majority of the nations agree upon things that all member nations must ban. In addition, such a Alliance would most likely be led by a single, or a group of, the strongest member nations. While the Empire does not believe that any of its customs would offend or be part of the ban, and does not believe that the leading party would be unjust, The Mechera Empire nonetheless has no interest at this time in negotiating the lessening of any part of our sovereignty, though we aspire to keep very good relations with you all.

If the treaty wished to be enacted in instead primarily a defense alliance which hopes to coordinate fleets against attackers, and will not result in any changes in the internal rule of the member states, the Empire wiuld be much more open to considering such a treaty. If this is the case, please rewrite the message on this probe and teleport it back to these Coordinates explaining the intended terms of this Alliance.

The message from the Mechera was received, and a probe was sent back:

In response to your message,
Any sort of alliance would be beneficial; what kind of alliance we seek to forge is open for negotiation, and shall be decided on by the majority. The K Empire will be opposed to any sort of alliance in which any smaller group has influence over the majority; we seek to respect the sovereignty of all peoples.

Right in the room's main doorway, space seems to shift and curl in upon itself, whatever sensors nearby would react to it as a spacial anomaly, seemingly natural with no trace of magic. Once the doorway had disappeared, hidden by the walls coming together, the space unfolds, revealing Archimand standing before them, tall and strong. "My name is Archimand, Emperor of Reloria. Where is K2323?"

"You must excuse me, my dear sir," he replies, standing from his conference chair and joining the emperor in the other recliner, materializing a cup of K Empire Herbal Tea in his hand and taking a sip. "I have quite the large family, and a number of them participated in the tournament. Could you be speaking of my brother, Fiske Tyris?"

Receiving the message late the Vionix took quite a while to arrive in the system, they just hoped it wasn't too late for them to help put their name forwards in the history of this universe.

At the edge of the system there was a slight rippling effect in the middle of space before the nose of a ship pushed its way through, this was just an ambassadorial frigate designed to come and basically say "hi" to those who were here. Aboard this frigate was the diplomatic personnel herself, Admiral Miamore Cadenchi, the short, next in line to the Vionix throne. She was currently attired in her dress uniform, a crisp white shirt and black trousers, many medals and ribbons decorating the left side of her chest to show she was indeed worthy of command of her fleet.

As the ship drew closer to the coordinates that they were given they sent out a radio ping towards the planet, the ping held a short message and the ship waited in orbit of this planet to wait for a response.

"Sorry we're late, this is the Vionix and are we clear for landing or teleportation?" Was all the message said, Miamore kept it short to reduce the amount of time she needed to wait for a detailed response, she just wanted down to the planet's surface already to meet these new races.

Archimand finally shows some emotion, smirking a bit. "Why, yes, that was him." He says, looking to him. "A very interesting fight, from what I heard from the deceased Relorians watching. You wouldn't happen to have spoken to Nisorin or Fiske recently, would you?"

A short reply was sent back, with attached coordinates to the Grand Meeting Building where the festivities were to be held. The message advised them that teleportation would be their best way of arriving, though docking would be provided if need be. The K Empire recognized this race as the one they had fought recently at Luna City, and were intrigued.

"Yes," Kaleb replied, nodding his head silently, "I have also heard that it was a splendid match. It was my brother's first... Real battle. He could not be here today because of his duties as head of the royal branch of our legislator. I'm sure you understand... As for Nisorin, no, I'm afraid I have not seen him in many years. Why do you ask?"

Miamore was unsure of what the race was that she had fought at the satellite and as such, she didn't know that she had already met the K Empire already. The Admiral then smoothed out her suit and readied herself before being teleported into the building that the co-ordinates pointed to, specifically directly into the room that the other two people were speaking in.

Cadenchi opened her eyes after the teleport and looked around at the two males before nodding slightly and snapping a salute, unsure of their exact ranks "Admiral Cadenchi, Ambassador for the Vionix Empire" She whispered out, barely audible before she dropped the salute and coughed softly, unsure of what she was to do now for she had been sent on diplomatic missions before but only against those of her own race, this meeting was a completely new experience for her and as such she was a bit nervous. Her hand showed this by playing around with the hilt of the Wavering Blade attached to her hip, drumming against the pommel and handle.

Archimand chuckles. "No no, I meant have you spoken to Fiske recently." He says, smiling. "I know you haven't spoken to Nisorin, no one has. He has disappeared from view, even we can't find him or his comrades."

"Oh, how terrible," Kaleb replied, standing at the arrival of the Admiral and the diplomats. He gave a slight bow, smiling as he admired the state of those before him. He had never met any of these kind, not personally, though he'd been informed the moment they arrived in orbit that they were, indeed, the race that the military fleet had dealt with at Luna City.

"Greetings, Admiral," he said, making eye contact with the admiral, "I am Emperor Kaleb James Tyris II of the New K Empire; son of Kaleb James Tyris I of the Sage Three. It is a pleasure to meet you. Allow me to introduce Emperor Archimand of the Relorian Empire."

A small probe would appear just in orbit of New Westhot identical to the ones the K Empire had sent out. It would end out this message:

Dear Friend

We regret to inform you that we will not be able to change history. [coordinates attached] is far to distant a place for the Heliphlein Empire to reach. To us, the fact that the universe exists this far out is a baffling new discovery, and our scientists say that it could take us decades to arrive with our current space travel. We'd love to join you and help change history, but we are simply unable to make it.

Dreadful sorry. This is a disappointing answer for us to give as much as we expect it to be for you to receive. May much be accomplished in your meeting.

Upon realizing that his company was few and far inbetween, Kaleb bowed to his present company. "It seems that, at the moment, far too few people are interested in reviving the Alliance. Emperor, I look forward to working with you in the future in establishing the framework for such an... Alliance. In the meanwhile, I think this issue will require my personal presence at the various respective empires we seek to gain aid from."
