Erabus, this is a automated factory if Im getting this right. The nukes are exceedingly unlikely to have hit EVERYWHERE, and this may have been one of those places it never hit. And even if thats not the case, I think a few of the posts made by Lyoko imply damage done to the factory anyways. Not entirely sure, but thats the way it looks.

Yes the Factory is fully automated and is ran by a "Smart" AI overseeing numerous "Dumb" AIs.

Yes the factory has taken some damage due to its enviornment.
