The cities on Arcanis VIII picked up the strange transmissions and then stopped for a moment. All of the leaders mulling over the data at hand before deciding that something so random was some form of threat and then they isolated and blocked it from the rest of the systems, keeping it away from everything but leaving it there just in case it held something else and they needed to wait for another thing to happen. However, from the isolation there would be almost no escape should the transmission hold a virus or something similar.
