Appearance:The average sized female, Kira is 5'6 and weighs 130lbs exactly. She has long brown hair that she keeps in a chinese bang, which reaches her mid back and has a rounded head shape. Her eyes are a deep grey color, and are almond shaped with a slight slanting nature and she has full pink lips. Her body is slim with well defined muscle tone and a slight curve which can be exaggerated by her clothing. With every movement she is sleek and graceful and is unparalled by anyone in elegance.
When in her combat attire, Kira wears a black off the shoulder catsuit, with a black ultility belt. She wears slim calf boots and slim black fingerless gloves. She keeps a small knife in a holster on her right hip and sometimes a sword on her back or left hip. She also wears a small purple sash on her right wrist that dangles about 5 inches.

Personality: Kira is the type of girl who could care less about what you think about her. She feels that judgemental people are just really insecure themselves and need to get a life. This is one reason she avoids loud, obnoxious people in crowds.
Kira happens to be a very intelligent woman and believes her body is her temple, so she puts in an effort to keep fit and healthy, mentally and physicallly. She tries to learn something new everyday wether it be a fighting move or a word she tries to stay fresh in all aspects of life.
Kira isn't a social butterfly, mainly because she is new to mans world. She may be rich but she chooses not to just have bulimia of the pockets (meaning she gets money and doesn't throw it around). Though she does buy expense things from time to time she usually spends little whenever she goes out. Kira does have parties however to just attempt to be social, altough she just comes off akward, and get close to people she knows. Her parties usually consist of 20-25 people. Kira has a hobby of training and throwing knifes, and trying to learn current slang to fit in.
Kira is very courageous confident. She won't let anyone stand in her way and believes the only person who can stop her is herself. Her confidence can get in the way if she's on a mission and can be aggravating to others.
Kira also has a very big problem with the government and authority figures as a whole and simply avoids them. She feels they believe they're above the law and can do what they please. Not in her book. However if they pay her well enough, she will likely work for them until she has the money she wants.
She also has a problem with other assassins as she believes they might out to get her. She tends to follow other Assassins and keep track of their every move. Making sure they dont get to close to her, and or take her targets.
Inventory (Weapons, Equipment, Etc):Kira's costume is composed of kevlar and a little percentage of titanium; it's bullet-proof and resistant to various types of attack (explosions, impacts, falls, etc...). It's also flame-retarding and insulating. reinforced gloves and the boots rebound punches and kicks.
Utility Belt: Kira keeps most of her personal field equipment in a signature piece of apparel, a black utility belt. Over the years it has contained items such as plastic explosives, disc shuriken, smoke bombs, and a grappling hook gun. ((Links below))

Enhanced Fighting capability: Due to her genes, Kira can fight like an advanced wrestler, martial artist, and/or boxer with a small amount of training. She can become perfectly adept with weapons, such as swords, and ranged weapons, both ancient and modern. Even turning everyday objects into tools of combat. This however isn?t considered a power by most, it only allows the user the type of brain at which they learn martial arts faster.
Peak Human Conditioning: Intense training, and specialized diet has crfted Kira into the pinnacle of human physical prowess. Her speed, agility, and stamina exceeding any athlete that has ever competed. She engaged in an intense exercise (including aerobics, weight lifting, gymnastics, and simulated combat) to keep her body at its peak. Often defeating those whos size, strength, or other powers greatly surpass hers.
Peak Human Strength: Kira can knock out a man double her size, spear thrust her fingers through concrete, and even support a falling ceiling.
Peak Human Reflexes: Catching arrows in mid flight and dodging gunfire from multiple yards away is nothing with her honed reflexes. She can react almost instantaeously in a time of dire distress or when in a normal situation.
Peak Human Speed: Track stars would be left in the dust if they ran along side Kira, her speed easily surpassing an olympians. Alongside her ninja training, she has even dashed across water, ran along walls and even clung to the ceiling. Due to making her body 'light as a feather, and swift as the wind'.
Peak Human Endurance: Her lung capacityis so great that she can hold his breath underwater for 5 minutes. She can go for long periods of time with out rest (1 week) and can indure mass amounts of pain.
Peak Human Agility: Her agility is far superior to that of a chinse acrobat or even an olympic level gymnast. She is almost like a cat in the night when she moves across an environment.
Peak Human Durability: She can take hits from men double her size, and even metahumans. Falling from vast heights or being shot numerous times (With Kevlar) isn't enough to knock her out.

Master Martial Artist: Kira is an incredibly deadly assassin and one of the more preminent martial artists on the planet, (may be greater than Slade). Combining numerous elements from diverse martial arts styles, she has created a style matches her own unique strengths. The styles being Leopard Kung Fu, Judo, Capoeira, Kokusho, Lucha Libre, Karate, Dragon Kung Fu, Muy Thai, She Quan, and Ninjitsu. Making her very effective in battle agianst single to multiple opponents, and rivaling many if not all other fighters.
Kira is one of the finest human combatants on Earth, and can or has mastered over 100 styles of martial arts including Chu Gar, Aikido, Tiger Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, and Wing Chun. Bing skilled in many other styles as well. Krav Maga, Savate, Yaw-Yan, Judo, Jujitsu, Kendo, Fencing, Swordsmanship, Escrima, Kenjutsu, Kali, Bojutsu, Francombat, Boxing, Kickboxing, Hapkaido, Parkour, Shorin Ryu, Silat, Chin Na, Kyudo, Varma Ati, Jeet Kune Do, Shaolin Kung Fu, Ba Gua, Hung Gar, Tai Chi, Kung Fu, and Kenpo being a few.
Weapons Master: Through her training, she has become an expert on virtually all types of weaponry. With exceptional swordswomanship, proficiency at knife throwing, and Kobudo. This is what she prefers in a street fight.

Expert Marksman: Due to her training in Ninjitsu, Kira almost never misses her targets, 9/10 times she's succesful. Nearly being on par with green arrow in this technique, she has been practicing accuracy since the early days of her training.
Nervous System Control: She can control her nervous system enabling her to deaden her body to physical pain, control her emotions, and even her bleeding rate. This can also allow her to become 'light as a feather, and swift as the wind'
Body Language Literacy: Kira can often predict what an opponent will do before they do it.
Multi-lingual: Kira is able to speak Spanish, French, Japanese, English, Russian, and Latin.
Escapologist: She has been seen escaping from a posey straitjacket in less than 30 seconds.
Master of Disguise: being an assassin, she has to use the art of disguise to get by. Kira has many aliases she uses to infiltrate the underworld or just to go undercover in public situations. Her current aliases being: Matilda Murray (Crime Lord), Delilah Quip (Photographer), Slasher (Cage Fighter), Detective Harfield (Detective), Lady Patricia Grey (Wealthy Woman), Jessica Nixon (Stripper), Golden Selfried (Model) , and Mrs. Freedmaw (Lawyer).
Ventriloquism: Kira is able to project her voice to sound as though it is coming from other places.
Master Assassin Training: Kira is schooled in all known and many unknown assassin techniques such as pressure points, killing techniques and stealth to name a few.
Talented Hacker: Carmen can hack into most computer systems without tripping any firewalls or security
Interrogation: Kira is adept in interrogation techniques, often using law enforcement methods as well as torture.
Indomitable Will: Although she has no superhuman powers, Kira's unstoppable determination and strength of will makes her an extremely formidable opponent. Able to function while tolerating massive amounts of physical pain, and also allows her to resist telepathy or mind control to an extent.
Genius-Level Intellect: Kira is a brilliant, virtually peerless, detective, strategist, scientist, tactician, and commander; she is always learning, and learns at a faster rate than any human alive. Able to master a certain study in days, as opposed to years of studying. Given her lack of superpowers, she often uses cunning and planning to outwit her foes, rather than simply "out-fighting" them.

Kira is only human and can die with a a gun shot or stab wound, but that's only if you can touch her
Mental Suggestion: She is vulnerable to mental suggestions via telepathy.

Headstrong: Sometimes she's a little more fight oriented than she knows, and it can lead to trouble
Some of Kira's techniques only work on humans, or human like species. Ex. Pressure point fighting, body language literacy, and she would have to study a race before knowing their pressure points and body language.
Character's History:Kira was born to a clan of ninja known as the clan of falling petals. They trained their children from a very young age to be the perfect ninja. Kira was put through extensive training as a child from the age of 6, which wasn't difficult given her clans unique heritage. Their bodies had adapted centuries before, giving them a unique gene. Allowing them to learn different fighting styles and information quicker than other humans.
Kira began lifting weghts at the age of 8 and had already began learning multiple martial arts styles. Her clan however made it so that her main focus was ninjitsu, and accuracy training, everything else was for side use. As she got older her skills increased drastically and she was a peak human by the age of 12. When she reached the age of 13 she was put on a strict diet where she could not drink alcohol or smoke or eat lots of sugar, they wanted their clan to consist of pure vessels.
When Kira reached the age of 16 she was trained on how to use her body in unique ways and meditated for an entire year straight learning to control her nervous system, her heart rate, her blood flow, and her sleep patterns. At 17 a group of people showed up on the island to make a deal with the leader. When he refused the deal they attacked the island and destroyed most of it before being defeated. Kira later found them be secret assassins and vowed to avenge those who had fallen in battle.
When she reached the end of her island, she set sail for North America and made her way to the United States. Where she took up work as a high paid assassin and raised enough money to buy a mansion in New York. She then used the money she had earned and created small, mildly rounded disc that when activated either released three blades and appeared as a suriken, or 1 blade and a shaft with a hole that appeared as a kunai.
At 20 years of age, she took up a job as a personal martial arts instructor in New York, and used this as an excuse for the money she had. The Government later confronted her and questioned why she had such dangerous weapons on display in her home. Kira simply shut the door in their face and they later came back with a warrant to search her home. They didn't find anything of importance and left, though if they looked harder they would of found the secret training area under her home.
Kira later became untrusting of government officials and this is one of the reasons she chooses not to be a hero. Why constantly protect the people who dont even trust you, but she may save someone from time to time, she'll do something equally bad to even it out. Kira hopes that her assassination jobs will lead her to the secret assassins so she may finish them off one by one. She has become very aggressive due to her memories and usually goes harder in fights when she thinks of what they did to her people. Kira moved to the planet Terravexus before earth was transported away, and chose this planet because it is similar to Earth.

In a dark alley way between two gigantic buildings, a man in a blue suit walked in a slow rush. He wanted to walk quickly but he couldn't... he wouldn't. Kira had done a lot of research on him to find him today, he was Gumby Jones, drug and crime lord and father. Known as Big Shot Gumby. He was a hit man before he got to where he was today, and was skilled with the sawed off shot gun and rifle (hence the name.)
Gumby was the father of one child, Billy Jones, a 16 year old, and one of his many prostitutes. He sold Billie?s body for money and still does and was married to two wives. Sally Jones, and Martha Jones. He had brutally abused Martha Jones for several years and she was afraid to leave him, and he impregnated Sally Jones with Billy at a young age. Big Shot Gumby even killed a lot of innocent people to prove a point. He was, correction is, a horrible man and deserved what he was getting.
Kira had done a lot of research on him and had followed him to a meeting with his fellow crime lords over business in New York City. Gumby controlled the west and north eastern part of New York City's drug and crime involvement and someone wanted him brought in alive for a 'trial'. That was where Kira came in. Gumby had four body guards, all muscle bound idiots and he only hired them because they were big. Two men walked in front of him, and two in the back, each man holding a handgun or a knife.
As Kira walked toward the men Gumby turned and smirked at her while looking her up and down and licking his lips. He was thinking about how much business she would do for him and stopped in his position, signaling for her to come to him. Kira was wearing her off the shoulder catsuit with her tight fingerless black gloves. Her slim flat footed calf boots making virtually no sound as they hit the hard ground. She wore her black utility belt semi tight on her waist and her knife on her right hip.
As Kira walked toward the men she smirked and reached into her utility belt and pulled out one smoke bomb pellet, rubbing the shiny ball of metal once. As she walked the black hilt of her sword, sheathed on her left hip, laid virtually invisible in the shadows of the alley. She stopped abut 30 feet from the men and the purple sash on her right wrist flowed gently in the wind. Gumby then took out a cigar and lit it before taking a drag and motioning to her with his head.
"Collect the bitch"He ordered and two of the men walked toward her smiling and talking between one another saying things that they would do to her. They then stopped about two feet from her, faces greasy and breath hot and one of the men grabbed her left wrist and smiled.
"Lets go whore, we don't have all day"One of the men said as he spit onto the floor next to himself and smirked. Kira held the item in her left hand on display and smiled before flicking the small pellet into the man holding her arms, eye and watching it explode in it. As blood blasted out of the right side of his face, smoke covered the area and she grabbed the other mans right arm as he swung at her. Twirling under his arm pit to get behind him. Before he could react she was twisting his arm snapping his Radius, and Ulna causing him to scream as if there were no tomorrow. Kira then lifted her leg in an axe kick motion kicking him in his upper arm and snapping his humorous before bringing her leg back down and sweeping his legs from under him. Bending his arm back as if he were trying to scratch his own shoulder from the back and snapping his elbow joint, and leaving him screaming and crying.
Kira then removed her knife from her holster and stabbed the man in the throat causing blood and vomit to spurt out onto the pavement, and then walked over to the other man. Half of his face blown to hell and slicing both sides of his neck hitting his jugulars and turning to face Gumby Jones and his remaining body guards. Big Shot Gumby grabbed the gun from one security guard, while the other opened fire, Gumby began to take aim slowly.
Kira dashed for the wall, running along side it at a diagonal angle dodging the bullet and reaching into her utility belt faster than the man could see. Whipping her arm forward she sendt out a disc that would extend a blade in the shape of a kunai, or 'dagger'. As the blade went into the gun it exploded causing shrapnel and the likes to fly into the mans face, neck and chest, and blood and burned flesh to ooze and fall off. He fell to the floor and when the smoke from the explosion had cleared, Kira was gone. Or at least he couldn't see her.
Gumby and his last guard stood there dumb founded, and the guard began to look scared or even scarred for the rest of his life which wasn't long. As Gumby looked all over he realized his first mistake he didn't look up and his second was he didn't look back. Before he could act out his thought he was swept from under himself at the back of his knees and fell hard to the ground, his head bouncing off the cement.
Through Big Shots blurred vision he could see Kira kick the last guard in the chest before punching him several times in the eyes. Taking away his vision and spinning, while crouching, and slicing his Achilles tendons. As he fell forward Kira brought her knee forward and crushed his windpipe before stabbing him in the chest. The alley was covered in blood Gumby had tossed his gun when he fell and Kira was standing over him. If only the person hadnt wanted him alive, he'd be dead. As Gumby tried to scream for help Kira had seen it coming and spear thrusted him in the throat causing him to choke and gasp for air.
"Struggle and you die"Kira instructed as she walked over to the gun and placed it in her holster, before looking at both entrances to the alleyway and looking back at him.
"Don't move, and I'm a pretty good shot so don't test me"Kira said as she motioned to him with her hand and winked as she shot a fake gun. He flinched however and she looked back to the entrance it wasnt a trick of her mind she had saw something, a figure or something shiny. Glowing with the moonlight and she wasn?t in the mood for someones tricks.
