Angel approached and she had Jeffrey hovering behind her enveloped in 18 layers of magic designed to keep his particular brand of power from escaping out of them and harming anyone including herself. She marched right to Lucifer and said kindly "Lucifer I must request that you allow Veritas to make a journey into the mortal plane temporarily in order to retrieve the power that can normalize my husband and free him from his transformations before they can become a problem for you to have to deal with. " As she said that Jeffrey once again began to transform this time the scales were black however and his hair just melted off and a horn grew out of the middle of his head as black wings came out of his back and his hands turned into grotesque claws.
Angel now clearly worried that Jeffrey could break out of her barrier since his new power was developing so quickly immediately called Valor and Veritas both to her to help reinforce her barriers. Valor "Negion Aura!" A bubble of Negion formed around Jeffrey cocooning him so that he could not escape while Veritas said to Lucifer "May I be allowed to seek the power able to normalize him so he doesn't go full monster mode on us all?"
