An AMR field quickly rose to combat the AM Field by making the flow of AM reverse back through the NET Window. Many Anrufe personnel were killed by the spikes, though others were able to take flight and float in the air before the crystals could impale them. The crystals would have a harder time penetrating the Anrufe forts, as the forts were more defended with stronger metals that would hopefully keep the crystals out, as well as shields.
The AMR would also attack the flow of AM coming from the tower. As rebels begin to fire in the towns, civilians ran screaming. In the cities, the rebels would be attacked by brigades of Anrufe soldiers wearing KiaB-Class armor. They started to fire at the rebels using Near Heart Failure Channelers. Pitch shields also started to rise up around the rebels to block out light, so they would be completely, literally, in the dark.
